Kindly share a weekly time table of weight training with combination of exercises for e.g can we do shoulder with chest or biceps with chest. I have e been to many gyms but they do not share anything. Moreover they make us do cardios for weeks. Can there be a weight training program for 50 plus age, where we can do weights alternate days. Again one big question. If we do leg exercise once in a week. Will the legs develop. Request to kindly share the training program. . Thank you so much.
