    सर आप ने एक बहुत महत्त्वपूर्ण बात बताई. Maintaining lower back arch. मैं सिर्फ उत नाही फरक किया. आप ने जिंदगी असान करा दी. मैं बॉडी बिल्डर नाही हु लेकीन बिना dumbell के excercise नही कर पता. आप को फॉलो करके सिर्फ dumbells से मैं अपना काम कर रहा हू. मजा आ गया सर.

    Yatendra ji, Thanks you so much. Have recently started watching your videos and found them very informative. I am 53, and want to start weight training. Kindly share a weekly time table of weight training with combination of exercises for e.g can we do shoulder with chest or biceps with chest. I have e been to many gyms but they do not share anything. Moreover they make us do cardios for weeks. Can there be a weight training program for 50 plus age, where we can do weights alternate days. Again one big question. If we do leg exercise once in a week. Will the legs develop. Request to kindly share the training program. . Thank you so much.
