It needs to locate Assets folder in order to work, If the assets folder is something like a zip or anything except a normal folder then it wont find it

Yes. It's a false positive. You may have to add it to an "Allow" list within Norton Anti-Virus. I've got Norton and I've never had anything come up saying the UTinyRipper needed to be removed because of "xyz" virus.

Not to sell, not to distribute, or anything of that nature. Can you rip the file to get the 3d model and not get into any legal trouble? There are some things I would like to 3D print for personal use and not even share with anyone, but I dont know if there is anything illegal about this process or if it can be tracked somehow. Do you know anything about this side of it?
if you'd like to 3D print it, and someone asks if you made that, you should say the original creator made the model, and you exported and printed it. you should not sell the digital or real model anywhere though
idk if anyone will respond to this comment since this video was a while ago but any time I try and launch the project it gets to the loading screen and loads all the files but then just stops loading it and doesnt give me any type of error message im pretty sure everything is right but it just doesnt want to do it only thing i can thing of is that the unity build the game is in is from 4 years ago so yeah AND its a vr game Turns out i just needed to turn off my wifi Idfk why but waste of 2 hours trying to fix it because the files were corrupted or some stuff nvm then my whole unity is fked up Ive uninstalled it so many times ive been searching about and trying so many things for 5 hours almost everything about unity on my computer is broke and no matter what I do it cant be fixed unless maybe a factory reset.

For everyone wondering, newer games cannot be decompiled anymore with this tool. It still works on specific games.

Don't use the outer file use the folder that holds the data so when you click the folder you get game data and the exe etc.
