Could it be that you have a higher body fat percentage? Because ones jawline can be covered by that. I would say if you have more than 20% body fat it's likely that your jawline is covered by that and if you lose some of it then your jawline gets probably way more defined.
@@nathanperez9565 if you search on Google for 'body fat percentage' you can get a rough idea how much body fat you have. If you want to know exactly how high your bodyfat percentage is then you need to do a body scan.
Same here. My tongue has always suctioned to the roof is my mouth, but i don't have a great jawline. I honestly didn't know people could put their tongues not on the roof.
Basically just keep ur tongue attached to the roof of your mouth and keep it air tight, u have to let the back of ur tongue go back down to be able to breathe which is fine

Is mewing supposed to be more of a relaxed position of the mouth and tongue? But when i mew just now the difference was little for me since i always close my mouth,eat with my mouth chew and i love eating hard stuff(chicken and cow bones😂) but there was still little difference when i mew so its something;my advice for people who want a good jaw 1.Always close your mouth and breathe with your nose. 2.Eat with your mouth closed and a good sitting posture. 3.Eat hard food like bones and hard biscuitt. 4.And lastly always mew🤷🏽.
Your toung actually should not touch your teeth. I would suggest to watch a full guide on mewing by Mike Mew. Takes probably about 10 minutes and then you know exactly how to mew properly.

you are probably pressing a little on your teeth. also you need to hold/press your tongue exactly in the middle of the roof of your mouth and if you feel muscles under jaw you need to stop pressing because when you grow those muscles it will start to look like a double chin

A way easier way to do this I leaned is: Smile and swallow and wherever your tongue ends up (should be at the top of your mouth) keep it there.
