    That was amazing. I planned to do it twice but I couldn't face the touchdowns again 😂 I combined it with one of your 15 minute lower body workouts instead. It was perfect 😊

    You only need a mini band for the first 2 exercises

    great workout! I wanted to ask.. my back always hurts when I do deadlifts so I know I'm not doing them right. would love some kind of instruction from you on how to prevent this, I've watched other videos about it but couldn't really find anything that worked for me other than bending my knees more, but then what's the difference between deadlifts and squats at that point? please help lol

      Have you tried recording yourself to look at your technique and compare them to the correct technique? 😁

    Tough but fun workout! I completed this after your fit in 4 day 5 glutes/ quads. I used 12, 25 & 35lbs. for the duration.
