    Perfect if you want to skip the chest exercises and focus on the rest of the upper body. 💪🏼

    This is my fave workout for when I am too hormonal/lethargic for swings and squats but want to feel strong, get a sweat on, and release stress!

    That was an amazing workout! So intense. I burned out my muscles and burned 142 calories as a 5'6" and 135 pound male. Thank you.

    Loved the dancing in between sets😂
    I love your workouts Roxanne. I have enjoyed moving using kettlebells, versus traditional dumbbell weightlifting moves. I know the moves aren't unique to kettlebells , but I've just loved how your programming works. Thank you

    Another amazing workout! Since following your monthly calendar starting in January, my body has changed SO much! I have a full length mirror that I workout in front of and this morning for the first time I could really, really see my abs while I worked out. I just can't thank you enough for it!!!

    Those windmill exercises are very difficult. Is there an alternative exercise please.

      I would continue with the movement without weight and work your way up to weights. You can also hold the weight in the other hand. You can also reduce the depth. Make sure your hips are hinging backwards too. There isn’t a direct swap but you can try a kneeling windmill.
      Or if you really don’t want to do it, you can always do a wood chop instead. ❤️☺️
