    Are these workouts considered HIIT?

      I wouldn’t say this workout is HIIT, HIIT is high intensity interval training. Meaning you work really hard for a short period of time and have a short break, then repeat. Exercises can vary but tend to be very strenuous exercises for the individual. I have metcon workouts on the channel that have a strength exercise, combined with a HIIT exercise and a break.

    I really enjoy your workouts. I've never been able to follow written instructions on some Insta workouts - your videos win (easily!).
