    The most intense 10 min workout I've ever done. I want to do it twice and after the first round I'm so daaaamn exhausted!!!

    I want to thankyou roxanne with your workouts i have started looking leaner and lost about 7kgs in the span of 3 months. 😊😊😊
    I have thyroid issues, now my weight is not loosing anymore 😂😂 but i do strength tranning every alternate days ❤😊

    I used a 20lb weight. This was so hard. I completed this after a 35 minutes leg day.❤
