Reckless says I know for a fact!! His girl says HE DON'T CARE!! LOL!! I laughed with her on that one!
This is the perfect “I’m done with your bullsh**” break-up song ! - Phil knocks it out of the park again. What a fantastic talent he is.
Phil is a boss. He's a wee little old man now but he KEEPS SHOWING UP! He's been doing shows seated but he's fighting against the dying of the light. Phil rocks hard! 💪🏻 God bless him 🙏🏼
This is one of the best musician that i ever heard, i grow up with this music
Mr Collins rocking in a suit. Love it ❤ and the excellent Daryl Stuermer on the guitar. Perfection.
We didn't care who won or loss, only the music industry did. We just cared about the music!
I was going through a divorce too. My ex sure heard this many times!
Phil Collins plays the drums!!
He had so much fire and conviction in his voice I wouldn’t be surprised if he was talking about an ex! Great reaction.
he was. did his best work during his divorces! and this was outstanding album! Face Value And Hello I Must be going! are my go to although he has many more great hits! ( genesis) album with Genesis is up there too!
This is another excellent Phil Collins song !! Phil Collins - Another Day In Paradise (Official Music Video)
"Mama" by Phil Collins is great... well worth a listen!!!
I saw Phil and Geneis' last gig just over a month ago in London 02 arena. He's in a wheelchair now. Kinda sad to see him old but he's still got a belting voice bless him! Was epic. His son was on drums! Amazing, learn from the best ofc. And the musicians in the band were all incredible. They created some great sounds in Genesis. I'd suggest listening to a few of their popular tracks
I had the pleasure seeing Phil's Still Not Dead Yet tour in Denver October '19. Absolutely phenomenal concert as always!!! Fast forward to 2021, Chicago for Genesis Last Domino tour. Again, absolutely phenomenal concert and unfortunately an end of an era. Genesis produced some of the music industries greatest musicians of all time and best live performances. I've been a fan of everything Genesis since Abacab and Phil's Face Value in '81.
That's awesome 😎👍
The studio version of this bangs
The drums on this song kick
Try his song "Mama"(Genesis).
He's talking about either his first or second wife. But he seemed to attract these women who were a bit narcissistic, I'm afraid. Good for us, bad for him. This song is awesome.. emotionally satisfying when ya wanna tell em off lolol
Never ever break the heart to Phil Collins! he will drag your ass and make hits until the end of time🤷🏾♀️🔥🎸
Show me a woman who is not narcissistic? Modern women today are trainwrecks and belong to the streets. xD
Phil = A LEGEND !
Also check out his drum solos
7:01 "he don't care no more", ty..laugh of the day
Shout out to the great Chester Thompson on drums. Played the shit outa this one. You should react to they're drum solo's. together. Awsome talents.
Against All Odds (live version)...you'll love this too.
You gotta check out his stuff with Genesis.
Phil is the GOAT
No words can explain this man apart from bloody brilliant.
HAHAHa...your girl a trip....one thing for sure...HE DONT CARE NO MO lol
This whole album was awesome 👍
Such an awesome song to play when you are pissed off at someone or a situation❤
The best part of this song…is it’s so subtly exciting, I can see you can’t sit still and it makes you want to jump up and and go YAASS…
Never saw that live performance before. That was great. I love the way he ended that song.
Thanks so much for changing.
Johnny Depp needs to have this blasting when he drives into court next week.
Oh honey, the playlist for this would be 🔥.....”Ain’t gonna miss you when you’re gone” by Prince is right at the top. Also “Sail on” by The Commodores ...It’s like we’re trying to tell Will Smith it might be cheaper to keep her but it’s worth the money for peace of mind!
Much respect. First. Good song suggestions. Secondly you said the Commodores as opposed to Lionel Ritchie which gets you extra cool points. Most people give him solo credit on that one. Will needs to cut his losses and his baggage and find his happiness outside of his marriage to that toxic woman.
Random, but prince’s “the beautiful ones” is an underrated masterpiece. You can hear the moment he says “F it” and lets it all out. Chills. Every. Time.
@@danjohnson2986 I’m still waiting on the Commodores reunion .. hell I waited on the revolution to get back for 35 years and it cost us Prince but they did it. GNR got back together and I’m dying to read the terms of their agreement. Saw them both twice lol.
@Meishawn1374 Nice! Now you have me wanting to watch purple rain and watch Morris day and the time, and do the bird 🤣
Chester Thompson? on drums. Phil does a brilliant drum battle with him in live shows. Try check it out.
You twoare just the BEST..... Great Reaction
Finally a reaction channel that is doing Phil Collins and doing more than InThe Air Tonite. Great song but Phil had so many others that are amazing. Try: Man on the Corner, Against All Odds, No Son of Mine, Long Long Way to Go( duet with Sting).
Glad you saw the live version, amazing
In the Air Tonight live performance is epic. His drumming at the end…🤗
I 🤍 pre-Disney Phil Collins!
Phil Collins has been around for quite some time. I love Michael Jackson as much as anybody else. And if you're looking at Phil Collins you may as well listen to In the Air Tonight
Hey guys, I get the feeling phil don't care, what day think?, Lol x
I love….I wish it would rain down, with Clapton on guitar. Beautiful.
Love all his songs the old tv show Miami Vice use to play them he also played a part in it 💯
It’s good to see young people getting the greatness of Mr Phil Collins
GOTTA HEAR...Home by the sea...its the band Genesis he was in before
I writer and song writer told me in late 80s, The best Artists write what they know. Simple as that.lol
Phil keeping it real.
A jazzier breakup tune from this concert, I Cannot Believe it's True, features Earth, Wind and Fire's Phenix Horns. Love how Phil "borrowed" them for his solo efforts.
Hellyeah! (the band formed by Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul) recorded a cover of "I don't care anymore" , featuring (late) Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell (Vinnie's brother) who had recorded a guitar solo for a cover of the Phil Collins song 🤘🤘🔥🔥
The guitarist was playing some spooky-sounding stuff, wasn't he? The entire LP this song's off is excellent, too--keep pickin' the great stuff, you two!!
What you're hearing is the Genisis sound!
I love angry Phil Collins, either solo or with Genesis. There’s just something so cool about his voice when he gets loud or just dark.
Speaking of, check out “Mama” by Genesis. Wicked sounding tune featuring Phil getting loud (1983). Maybe a lyric video with the audio instead of the official video. The song is shortened for the official video 👎
Mama is my absolute favorite song. There is actually a Mama official video that has the lyrics. Great suggestion 👍
Phil Collins was bad ass in the early '80's.
I really appreciate the fact that you look up information on the artist you are reacting to. Stay curious you two!
You guys just made my day!!!! Yayay!!! Go off Phil!! 🤣😁🎶🥰
To me,this is Collins best song.Even better than In the air tonight
Some songs just encapsulate a certain time in a person’s life - songs that tell the world exactly how you are feeling and this song is a prime example. Straight to the point, without the need to use curse words and the message is crystal clear- Great work Phil.
I also heard this was written for his wife..another one he wrote for her is: If Leaving Me Is Easy...it's a 5 kleenex er 💞💞✌
Phil collins and Genesis have tons of hits. Check out Mama and In the Air Tonight (Live). The man is in his late 60's and still rockin'.
Mama is amazing!
Daryl Sturmer on lead guitar....been with Phil and a touring member of Genesis forever...always lays tight licks.
For more great Phil Collins, check out "Mama" by his band, Genesis. You gotta check the official video. It's great. It's dark.
I was WATCHING the first episode of Miami Vice when 'In the Air Tonight' first dropped and THIS song always meant more to me because of it's simple message.
Guess what that is?
😎
Yes, the guitar sure was singing too! The drums in this song are epic. Of course, Phil is a great drummer and he came up with this drum beat for this (and all of his songs, I imagine). I can't imagine the 80s without Phil Collins. Have you heard his "Let it Rain Down"? That's another emotional one that he belts out. And he does ballads like no one else too. My favorite song of his is "Against All Odds". It makes us ladies tear up. : ) Great reaction!
and phil plays the drums in the making of this song...
I was just saying yesterday need you to hear more Phil Collins! And Genesis would be good!
Phil was in Genesis with Peter Gabriel...they both went solo. Collins just played his last concert, but can't play drums anymore. He sat in a chair and sang. Its very sad.
Big Phil Collins/Genesis fan here, great reaction, thank you
Soundtracks of my life. Once was my theme song.
Next you you should hit up I Missed Again, it's maybe my favorite Phil Collins song of all.
He started with Genesis then went solo but throughout his solo career his co-genesis mates were with him all along in the studios. It was not really a "Phil Collins solo career" it was really just Genesis all along. You can tell the Genesis signature in all of his solo albums.
Another great song from this concert was the encore And So to F, a song he did from his 70's jazz fusion group Brand X. A sideband he was involved with when Genesis were on hiatus. Phil definitely showcases his drumming talent on this track as well as the rest of the incredible band he assembled for his solo efforts
Phil is his own drummer on his songs, all the beats and drum lines are his. Of course when he does concerts he brings in his long time tour drummer Chester Thompson to help out, who does more than an adequate job filling Phil's shoes. Scene Phil in concert twice. A true showman.
The music today is CRAP compared to what we had back then REAL TALENT and SOUL!
shutcho old ass up
No Moe .................. No Moe.................................. No Moe..................................... No Moe...............................love it
Michael J. sucked bad...Phil Collins should've won...he has more passion in his little finger than .J. had in his whole life. You can't feel much when you're scwed up on hard drugs on a daily basis.
From the jump, you knew this was real!
I forgot what a great performance he gave in this. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen it.
I half expected him to go for the drums at some point!
Wow! I have never seen this live. Tell her Phil 🤯
Sounds like this would make a great JD anthem
You have to be a badass drummer to drum for Phil Collins touring band. The studio tracks are his.
Whether it be a relationship or society as a whole, there comes a time when you've had enough.
After the Genesis years, listening to this in my "Home by the Sea" and later "In the Air tonight" as Miami Viced came on - there is something to be said about kick ass audio system with killer speakers to jam to.
Perfect screen placement 👍
My second favorite song by him, second only to In The Air Tonight.
You guys should check out Josh Weathers live version of Whitney Houstons I will always love you. It's dope. Keep up the good work
Godspeed fam! Great song. Hope y’all and the baby are well
drummer and guitarist / group genesis
Another great F... You song is Sail On by the Commodores, written by Lionel Richey.
This is one of my favorite songs by Phil, there are quite a few Genesis songs that Phil sings I like alot better. Nice reaction. 👍
phil is one of those musicians that is better the more angry he is.
Phil is pretty cool.
Good vid! You should listen to Another day in paradise or Against all Odds by Phil
great placement of Phil lol
Anything Phil Collins/Genesis is just AMAZING! Have you reacted to Easy Lover? It’s a good song. Also, One More Night, I wish it would rain down (I think Eric Clapton plays guitar, I may be wrong), Take Me Home (I feel this is just as good as In the Air Tonight), and I can’t Dance (some of these may be with Genesis but I love them all).
Did you guys check out, "In the Air Tonight!"? Check it.
Charming, sexy and gifted as hell! My kind of man!
Angry Phil Collins is my favorite Phil Collins.
Thats the thing with Phil Collins He don't care anymore...no mo...no mo
Collins - tremendous musical history and hits with band and solo. During mid 80's became uncool - too commercial, too radio, too DISNEY (which is he sang/penned a few). Looking back - man was a monster hit maker, and deserved of all his success. Never be another one like him (as well the oddity of drummer becoming lead singer - which is rare)
'he don't care no-more' hehe, nice to see the girlfriend laughin'
Phil is the lead singer and drummer.. he sometimes has another drummer Phil in.. see what I did there? Lol
Phil Collins wrote this song & took out his frustrations over his divorce from his first wife, Andrea Bertorelli.
You should react to Saint Asonia cover of this song ..🙏
U gotta check out the studio version......(I think it's better)
Phil Collins is the Michael Jackson for Caucasians in the 80’s and beyond.
Crystal (?) cracks me up on this one...
Sounds like he cares to me, especially at the end. Living in denial.
