    ⚡食谱/recipe
    ✨材料 :鸡胸肉500克,切丁,竹签25根
    ✨腌料:把香菜籽 1勺,孜然1勺、茴香籽,香茅1根,南姜2小片全部一起搅碎),1勺黃薑粉,盐1勺,白糖1勺,胡椒粉1勺
    ✨沾酱:4粒石栗,香茅1根,10根辣椒干,1颗洋葱,3瓣蒜,1勺油,250毫升椰浆,150克花生碎,4勺白糖,1勺盐,100克凤梨
    做法:
    1)把所有腌料拌勻,加入鸡丁拌勻,盖好,放入冰箱腌至少4小时以上或隔夜
    2)把腌好的鸡丁快穿在竹簽上,放进气炸锅180度,烤约15分钟,喷上少许油
    3)这时候我们就可以准备沾料:沙爹酱啦❤️把4粒石栗,香茅1根,10根辣椒干,1颗洋葱,4瓣蒜,100克黄梨 ,1勺油搅碎
    4)热锅热油,把搅拌好的泥倒入炒5分钟,再加入250毫升椰浆,150克花生碎,4勺白糖,1勺盐继续翻炒,炒至满屋飘香,颜色均匀沾酱就完成了
    5)配搭小黄瓜及生洋葱一起吃,非常好吃哦!😋
