Yo Jonathan Nice work you did to your truck, I got a 2018 RAM Sport. I would like to do the same thing you did to yours in a few months. I already put the Mopar exhaust on her. Most definitely need your insight my brother. Nice truck you got 👍🏿
I actually had go remove them like 4 times and weld them up as they kept cracking. Ended up returning them after the 3rd weld (all in different spots) they made a noticeable difference in low end and picked up 1-3mpg at highway cruise bc it needed slightly less throttle to keep speed. I would suggest a different header over these and stay away from BBK.
Mine is poping codes on a 2015 5.7 hemi, only have 50 miles on them , dodge dealer says the sencors don't know how to read the changes, have you had any problems
I don’t see how it affects the sensors unless you have a leak. They replace the stock manifolds. I had to return mine as they cracked and were repaired like 3 times and I had enough. Tried another brand of shorties and removed them due to leaks around the collectors and just went back to stock manifolds.
Ended up returning them due to the headers cracking 5 times. Noise however was like stock but these are shorties and you had long tubes so it’s very different. For you the long tubes and high flow cats with ypipe is a very nice setup and I would run a full big case muffler like stock or flow pro stock style muffler to help with the drone. LTs add a lot of noise and all the aftermarket smaller mufflers make the exhaust too loud. They also sell drone J pipes which work really well.
Install took about 6hrs but I had issues with a rusted clamp I had to cut off in a bad spot. The headers were fine and gave me noticeable power below 3k, couple of days ago I developed a exhaust tick or leak and with a small dental mirror found that the back passenger primary cracked 3/4 the way around the weld. I pulled the header and am going to try to fix it before warranty or return.
I fixed it 3 times and then had it. The last weld broke around the main tube behind he flange and around 1/2 the pipe where I couldn’t weld it. I returned them and ceramic coated my stock manifolds and threw them back on. I would not buy again, stay clear of there products.

How does it sound in the cab? I have AFE longtube and high flow cats with a Flowmaster 44 and the drone at 60 is very annoying.

Empty single axle trailer? Yeah, thats 12 mpg. Hahaha. A ram drops to 13 mpg when it senses a trailer around it, even a yard cart.
How do you like them, is all hardware necessary for installation included?

@@jonathanstansfield735 would you consider JBA shorties or bbk?
BBK are junk especially if you don’t get the ceramic coated ones. Go for the JBA.
What wheels are those?
Hellcat 22x9 OE replicas for the Ram 1500
Hopefully I won't have those problems
You probably will, the design doesn’t allow movement and heat will cause it to crack.
