WOW. WOW WOW Dr Neil Turok knows what the Universe is. I can now pass on satisfied in my quest to know what the Universe is, what the amazing Dr Neil Turok has found.

What a fascinating talk. I’ve never understood the Wheeler one electron universe model so well. This was an excellent talk.

Dr. Turok said that LIGOS would never succeed in detecting gravity waves. What are his thoughts now after LIGOS successfully detected gravity waves emitted from two colliding neutron stars?

It's called LIGO, not LIGOS. What Turok said was that he doesn't think that PRIMORDIAL gravitational waves are detectable. That's not all gravitational waves, but only those that were generated by small inhomogeneities in the early phases of the big bang. May I suggest that you pay better attention next time when you are reading the science news?

This is soooo good. But why oh why does Turok not yet recognize there are no "complex numbers"? It's all the even subalgebra of a higher Clifford geometric algebra. So there is always a _real_ 4D spacetime algebra interpretation for all the "imaginaries" in QM. Typically either rotation symmetry (spacelike bivectors), or Lorentz symmetry (timelike bivectors), or conformal symmetry (the pseudoscalar). To get a chiral standard Model you need complex Lie groups, but that's just saying the scalar+bivector algebra is inequivalent to the vector and trivector algebra (which are not closed sub-algebras).

May as well be Checkov. Both reading from the same fantasy worlds script for people who only repeat and never bother to discover.

Did you discover, yet, where to deposit your bullshit? It's usually a roundish looking thing made from porcelain. It makes a "woosh" sound when you push a button or lever. :-)
