    I just made this recipe here on SuperBowl sunday in Boston! Clams were great but I had no ginger so just left it out and added in a big ole spoonful of sambal and it was so super-super incredible. This has just become an all-star regular on my big time party menu- H'sin H'sin HappyWok :-)

    Thank you for making this channel. I've made several dishes from watching you and my husband says my food tastes better. Did u rinse the black bean before you cook?

    • @HAPPYWOK
      @HAPPYWOK  7 лет назад

      that is very difficult to describe about how they taste. All i can say, when cooked properly, they are tasty. but clams are chewy than mussels. Thanks for asking.

    Ginger is the main dish traditionally. Without it sucks !

    • @HAPPYWOK
      @HAPPYWOK  10 лет назад +1

      not really. some authentic chinese cooking recipes, doesn't call for ginger. they use minced garlic instead. like most chinese dishes. thanks for your comment. and thanks for watching.
