I made this clams dish yesterday and it was so delicious !! I like it more spicy so I added some slices of jalapeño pepper and it turn out so good too. Thanks Chef :-)
I just made this recipe here on SuperBowl sunday in Boston! Clams were great but I had no ginger so just left it out and added in a big ole spoonful of sambal and it was so super-super incredible. This has just become an all-star regular on my big time party menu- H'sin H'sin HappyWok :-)

Could try with mussels too... A bit cheaper than Clams but just as tasty!
