My wife is overseas and helper is asleep with my 5 year old, so I used dark soya sauce and worcestershire sauce, cut onions and green chilli for the first part, then later after the 2 minutes cook I added sesame oil, tobasco, and sugar, and then did the 1 minute. @@spicenpans - probably not the same taste as yours but pretty delicious too! Thank you for teaching this. Do you also have a video on how to clean clams? I'm quite an amateur and although I drained it in tap water a couple times and then once in salt water, I still ended up with two shells just FULL of sand when I opened them hahahaha. But the rest of the shells were all squeaky clean for some reason. Just those 2 were full of sand!

May I know if the clams are fresh or frozen m, and how to clean the clams? I also experience of some clams not opening when the rest are open already. Those not open, when pried open, are muddy inside 😱
