That experience encouraged me to do some investigating about so called dental practices like x-rays every time you sit it their chair, pulling wisdom teeth among other things. Yes I have heard of a dentist pulling perfectly healthy teeth. My husband's grandmother lived in the outback and when she had to get a filling cause of a bad cavity her husband told the dentist pull the lot we can't afford to come back every time there's a tooth ache, so poor girl (in her 20s) had all her teeth pulled out and got dentures. 😱 Hard to believe anyone could be so heartless.

Coming from my professional experience as a registered dental hygienist: the photo shown is not that of plaque, but of calculus, also known as tartar. It also exhibits staining. Simply brushing with toothpaste twice a day and flossing once a night and rinsing with an antimicrobial rinse like Listerine PREVENTS plaque build up, a soft accumulation of bateria that is easily removed by the steps I just stated. When it’s gone it’s gone for life, all that can be done to help it is remineralization.EDIT: no dentist of mine would ever recommend abrasive solutions to brush with, he educated me that you can test test abrasive ness of toothpaste by biting the paste between your teeth and if it crunches, chances are it’s abrasive and you need to switch paste. Also never use gel as it is very abrasive. Lastly if your dentist recommend destroying your teeth with abrasive paste/gel drop them and get a new one. PLEASE READ B4 RUINING YOUR TEETH
@Simi Hanniel you can't remove tartar yourself safely and properly. Let an hygienist or dentist do it otherwise you'll just ruin your enamel, dentin or cementum
If you listen . There are only a few that they stated do not harm teeth. For most of them they state to proceed with caution because if done too often or too vigorously cause tooth enamel decay. I think this is pretty informative and not too misleading.

Just be mindful that acids in most of these will soften your teeth temporarily...brush very gently. Baking soda neutralizes acids, but the teeth will still be soft for a while.
Trust me - I'm a dentist. Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste (ask your dentist for a high-strength version if needed). Floss once a day. Limit your sugary snacks, but if you do eat them, drink water at the same time which clears your teeth. Visit your dentist/hygienist at least once a year. That is ALL you need to do, so forget these tips!
I have heard mixed things about baking soda. I have used baking soda with salt and water as shown in this video, and it does remove tartar FAST. Your teeth feel squeaky clean, and it gave me a beautiful, smooth spotless Hollywood white smile. But my dentist is strongly against a baking soda routine. She says it will erode the enamel on your teeth before long, and insists that an agent like sodium bicarbonate that is also used to clean drains is just too abrasive. Though I liked the effects I was seeing, I was worried about the long-term and decided to play it safe, and leave out the baking soda. The Journal of Clinical Denistry conclusion that products containing baking soda powder or paste are more effective tartar removers does not sound like they are necessarily endorsing putting baking soda directly on your teeth. They could be talking about a regulated toothpaste containing small percentages of baking soda rather than pouring baking soda straight out of the box at home. At least have a talk with professionals fits. Maybe your dentist will recommend brushing with baking soda. It just never hurts to have as much information as you can get.
Since I have access to diamond powder, I make my own dental paste by merely mixing diamond with toothpaste. Of course, you should use no bigger than 3um and polycrystalline is best, but metal or resin bond is OK. Just use a very light touch and let the diamond do the work. Scrubbing will destroy the enamel. However, to rid yourself of plaque, it's hard to beat. Also gets rid of stains. My preference is 1um poly mixed, 2 grams in 20 grams of toothpaste. Finally, only use it once every 3-5 days. It will be just like going to the dentist for a cleaning.

Yeah to FIX them 🤦🏻♀️
@Simi Hanniel you can't remove tartar yourself safely and properly.
People never leave anything acidic on your teeth for to long, it will eat your enamel. Baking soda is the best route, but it's abrasive so don't use it to much.
Thanku buddy❤️
Do not leave orange peel on your teeth all night. The residual orange (not peel part) is acidic.
I use baking soda and lemon and it’s really work well
Oo

Vibes Addick Ent one spoon of baking soda and 2 spoon of lemonade and mix well and brush with toothbrush as usual

Please replace "vegetable glycerin" with coconut oil and you increase the benefits. Can substantially replace worn or decaying enamel.
Thanks
You deserve so much money with your videos
If you mix wine and tomato sauce and salt it can clean the teeth and in 1 hour you will have no teeth at all.
Snuper Infinite they're both very acidic which would eat your tooth enamel.

Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide work very well!

No mention at all of strawberries, and wheatgrass. My so called dentist told me they couldn't do anything about my micro fracture in my molar. Rinsing with powdered wheatgrass did remineralize that molar, now no more sensitivity.
🌹I found this video super interesting and definitely I will give it a try! Thank for sharing! 🌹

Charcoal is the best answer.
A friend of mine never brushed his teeth in over 50 years, when he died, he had one tooth left.
and he is you friend... must appreciate
Can i use baking powder instead of baking soda?
Orange Peel and Banana Peel would do the Job of Whitening.
Baking Soda could dissolve much of that Hardened Plaque.
Just keep in Mind that it’ll also do a number on your Enamel.
Very informative indeed❤❤
Pls bloggers, people are busy and alwats in a hurry, so make it short and direct to the point. No extra talks. Thanks.

I was wondering why my hygienist said there is nothing for me to clean only polish..she said what are you using at home? I told her toothpaste and baking soda and salt two times a week. She said keep doing it because you have no build up of anything on your teeth!! So people these 9 things really do work
sherrie Harris your profile picture looks really cute...you can text me on WhatsApp for a chat if you wish 07017937115
Nice session on teeth hygiene.thank you so much
Baking soda would potentially rot your teeth, it would slowly melt, and having too much could also melt your gums,
1) Lightly Fry toast with butter.
2) Spread cheese, peanut butter and honey on toast.
3) Eat it for a week regularly.
4) Tell me what happened.
😂😂😂
Just be mindful that acids in most of these will soften your teeth temporarily...brush very gently.
Baking soda neutralizes acids, but the teeth will still be soft for a while.
Thank you for this video 👍
Very informational! These are some great tips. Thank you for sharing!
nice comment
Trust me - I'm a dentist. Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste (ask your dentist for a high-strength version if needed). Floss once a day. Limit your sugary snacks, but if you do eat them, drink water at the same time which clears your teeth. Visit your dentist/hygienist at least once a year. That is ALL you need to do, so forget these tips!
Thank you for your suggestion
Thank you !

Which side shall we use orange pill??
Dentists discourage baking soda...too abrasive
This is your best video. Thank you so much bright side.
I’m gonna try some of this thanks very much I learned something new
Says “innocent habits” starts with “smoking”😂
My Father beautiful white teeth age 92 Used salt and bathing Sosa all his life, Never used polish once
@Peace Up, not sure what that is, but it sounds relaxing.
My favorite toothpaste that I use is colgate baking soda + peroxide whitening so no need to make a homemade mix.
“Watch your tooth become whiner” lol😂
Thanks for the wonderful video.
I wish she removed all the useless lines and just tell us the benefits. Had to listen to it at 1.25x to get through it
Since I have access to diamond powder, I make my own dental paste by merely mixing diamond with toothpaste.
If you remove all your teeth, then you never have to worrying about plaque building up.
😂😂😂😂
That intro scared me sooo much and it’s 2 in the morning
