I don’t have faith in Marvel at the moment but I do hope they get it together. I feel that Ryan is at the point that he wouldn’t do a project if he felt it would ruin the character. Based on the trailer it seems to be in safe hands. Just hope going forward Marvel recovers what they were known for…. Great story telling.
The problem with the MCU is precisely because they have focused on humour rather than storytelling. Any moment that approaches a level of significance is immediately undercut by having a witty line. Introducing Deadpool's humour would only make this problem worse.
Thats a good point, i think deadpool will open up possibilities for interesting story telling, i dont think the mcu as a problem with humor, rather i think their recent movies are just boring and deadpool is a fun character

Bob Iger needs to go, and the company needs to be completely revamped, and I mean Disney, not just Marvel. However, Kevin Feige is completely useless and totally without integrity or principles, so he needs to go too.
It will take A LOT more than one movie to save the M-SHE-U! It will take no less than the removal of Bob Iger, Kevin Feige, BlackRock and ALL woke activists from Disney! Unless that happens, the company is going to slowly die.
