      I don't know if you will see this but at 4:18 is an error in the English subs. You wrote Eristol (which can be confused with a female sex hormone called Estriol) instead of Erythritol :)

      i think you should take into account her height. yes, she is probably still underweight, but she looks quite toned/slim as opposed to really, really skinny.

      @@nichtleiblichI dont know..for an adult like her..unless you're like 4 feet tall ..than that weight 39kg is OK. But as far as I know..Ive seen lots of girls like her in Seoul..I know..average tall 161cm (poll source). I am not condemning her life of choices too. If she thinks she is happy..then so be it. But I am trying to educate people to LOVE THEIR BODY AS IT IS. FAT OR SKINNY. Embraces everything. If have to loose weight then loose weight because you are overweight..NOT because you already in ideal weight but wanna be in Underweight. Last, I am deeply sorry too if my words sounds harsh .

      @@hope_garden downside of being close to underweight for your height is your maintainance calories are very low. Probably anyone with a small appetite can sustain maintaining that weight. I can guarantee you there's barely any wiggle room for treats like sweets and junk food when you are at that size, unless you do hours of cardio everyday. Not worth it imo. Notice how small her portion sizes are.

      I also noticed it's popular for korean women when they do strength training they just use the barbell and perform exercises with high repetitions. They barely put any plates in. I wish women won't be afraid to lift heavy weights. You don't get bulky, and workouts are more efficient (imagine doing 5 sets of 6-8 on a heavy weight vs 3 sets of 20-50 reps on an empty bar. I think the 1st option is more time efficient)

    165에 50은 안그러면서 153에 39엔 웰케 민감하게 반응하지.. 마른건 맞지만 저체중이라고 걱정하는것도 계속 들으면 스트레스일듯.. 본인이 좋아서 관리하는데 말이 많어

    친한 언니 키가 155 전후인데 몸무게 평생 39~42였음. 근데 전혀 깡마른 느낌이 아니고 건강하게 날씬함. 근육량도 많음. 숫자만 보고 놀랄건 아닌거 같아여!

      You guys, she isn’t any better than you. If you think your weight is overweight, well hers in underweight and no, underweight isn’t better. If you guys want to lose weight, eat more healthier foods while still eating some of the “unhealthy” if that’s what you crave. Get into the gym or find a physical activity you enjoy and don’t compare your progress to other people’s. She’s not healthy, this isn’t healthy, this isn’t sustainable, this will just cause the majority of people to begin a cycle of starvation, binge eating, shame, starvation, binge eating, shame.. on and on and on.

    We have the same starting weight of 53 kg, thank you unnie for inspiring me again to loose weight my weight rn is 50kg im doing jeon somi's diet and workout but.....i think your weight is underweight please dont risk your health to have a perfect slim body because health is our first priority😊

    Why is everyone attacking her? Her meals are decent and healthy. Just because you "have fun and eat all the things you like and you still love your body" doesn't give you the rights to be judgemental towards her. She looks fine and healthy to me. I am 155cm and I weigh 40kg, yet no one has ever told me that I look "anorexic". It's a strong word, please be mindful when you say that to someone.

    Yo I'm also 5 feet tall and the lowest I've ever gotten was 97 pounds when I was literally just eating apples, spinach and hunger... sounds crazy to me that she's weighing just 85?! Please stay safe..

    And that's the kind of content that made me have an eating disorder few years that make ne really sick and unhappy with my body. The thing is when you're convinced that being underweight is a beautiful thing when people tell that what you're doing is unhealthy you feel even better about your "diet" and it keeps you going. Getting rid of an eating disorder is difficult and almost impossible you just learn to establish a new relationship with food and your weight to stay alive

    아니 딱봐도 건강에 안좋아 보일 정도로 뺴빼 마른게 아니라 근력운동도 하면서 건강하게 다이어트하시는 분이구만; 뭘 자꾸 위험하네 어쩌네.... 키만 생각해도 저정도면 괜찮은거 맞아요 그리고 bmi는 그렇게 중요하지 않다고... 단순히 몸무게로 보는거 말고 근육량이랑 비교를 해야지 어휴

      I weigh 39-40kg and I am 155cm, I honestly think I look fine and no one ever told me that I look unhealthy. It's much more about the appearance and physique than the numbers.

      @@janicechang3580 actually the numbers play a big role more than appearance because you could still weigh different but look the same and being to under weight or to over weight is very unhealthy and could cause serious health problems but if you have a condition that doesn’t let you gain weight than you’re not the problem and still eating normally than you’re fine but wanting to weigh like a 9 year old is not ok

      I'm 1.53, i'm 55 and my knees hurt for the weight, i promise u, i'm wishing and doing exercise for be in 45 or less, it's healty talking about bmi, but my legs... They're in so much pain when I run.

      @@shutupimhot485 i exercise everyday and ate healthy, simple and little (like fruits and toast for breakfast, something light for lunch,salad and bread for dinner and fruits for snack) btw i exercise 35-40mins and stretch for 20-25mins in the morning w/o eating breakfast

    If you are going to tell her "you are underweight", say it in the correct and kind way, all the comments here are saying that her videos are the fault of having eating problems, no, it is your problem, she can do what she wants to with her body as long as it makes her happy and does not harm her, she measures 1.50, not 1.80, she is not even in the bones, she is someone very thin, but I she is NOT dying, in these videos she shows us that she feeds correctly and do exercise, it is not teaching how to vomit or else; And I don't say it this as a hater, I'm saying this as someone who has an eating disorder: it is YOUR PROBLEM, not hers, do not make her responsible for what you have NOT wanted to fix in your life, and do her a favor and support her kindly, don't criticize her like she's a bad person or a monster, she is NOT.

    i know you may be thinking this is just for education or a “challenge” but this is not healthy. please do not starve yourself like this. it can cause infertility, loss of period, hair loss, kidney failure, heart attacks, and other serious health risks please coming from a person with that sort of eating disorder tendencies, if you have this sort of thinking or eat like this to become underweight get help and call a helpline. 🤍🤍🤍🤍

      For sure it is, I was 51kg and then I get obsessed I catch a disorder, I hit the 40 kg and now that I'm gaining weight, I'm losing a lot of hair, (I have holes), my nails doesn't grow anymore and other issues.
      All this started time before the quarantine in my country (March) n I'm still working on it.

Usually, at this point. when people are already skinny/small or have lost a great deal of weight but have problem areas, it's recommended that they start toning (i.e. strength and resistance training). Toning isn't going to make you look like a body builder but it will help tightens up areas where you believe you need to lose weight but don't actually need to.

    39키로도 건강하다고 하시는 분들이 있는데 이대로 30넘어가면 빈혈과 저혈당증과 골다공증, 만성염증, 관절연화로 고생하게 되실 가능성이 큽니다.
    몸무게가 적은 것과는 별개로 섭취 칼로리를 극단적으로 제한하고 계신 듯한데, 이 경우 과도한 포도당 부족으로 저혈당성 쇼크가 올 수도 있고요. 이건 젊어도 옵니다. 이미 기초대사가 망가지신 듯한데 단백질과 탄수화물 더 섭취해 주세요. 안 그럼 나중엔 물단식을 해도 살이 찌실 거고, 내장 벽이 다 깎여서 소화기계통이 망가지실 겁니다. 제가 촬영계통 일 하다가 직접 겪어봐서 압니다.
    인간의 몸은 일정 이상의 단백질과 탄수화물을 섭취하지 않으면, 그걸 내장 점막과 관절, 근육을 분해해서 사용하도록 설계되어 있습니다. 그러다 용종 오고 천공 생기고 그래요. 섭식장애 고치시길 바랍니다. 꼭이요.

      요거트에도 단백질이랑 탄수화물 있다, 그라탕같은 탄수화물 음식도 해 드신다 하는 사람 있을까봐 덧붙입니다.
      보통의 성인 여성은 하루에 1600~2000kcal, 탄수화물은 160~180g, 단백질은 60g정도 섭취합니다.
      저 식단대로라면 칼로리 800언더에 탄수화물 100g, 단백질 30g 나옵니다. 내장 깎여요.

      밥 한공기 분량의 탄수화물이 80g입니다. 하루 밥 세공기 먹는 정도는 아닐지언정... 일단 재활하셔야 합니다...
      164에 44kg까지 뺐을 때 생긴 관절염과 과잉면역질환이 재활한 지 3년이 지나도록 없어지지 않고 있습니다. 여기서 삐끗하면 암이에요. 진짜 걱정이 되니까 하는 말입니다. 더 챙겨 드세요...

      저는 44kg시절에 단백질 정말 충분히 먹었는데도 저 사달이 난겁니다... 아직 어리시고 저체중이 된 기간이 길지 않아서 무사하신 거예요... 마른 채로 2년 지나고부터는 신장, 관절, 혈당, 간 모든 것이 날뛰기 시작합니다 정말 살기 위해서 드셔야 해요.......

    I wouldn’t recommend putting plastic in the microwave, especially plastic that isn’t well made (like disposable plastic). It could melt on ur food a tiny bit. Certainly not enough to be harmful, but I still wouldn’t do that if I were you…
    You can dish the food onto a plate and then microwave it

    Guys her height is 150cm and considering that 39kg is not a problem. Yes, she’s on the skinny/fit side, but not anorexic. That’s about the same BMI for a girl who is 168cm tall and weighs 51kg.

    다이어트는 좋지만 저체중까지 너무 빼는건 안 좋은것 같아요 자기 만족이라고 신경쓰지 말라고 하실수도 있겠지만 나중에 병 걸리기 쉬운 몸으로 만드는 거일수도 있어서 걱정입니다.. 몸무게에 강박을 느끼고 저체중까지 빼신거면 너무 그러지 말아요ㅠ ㅠ 그리고 댓글 보면 한국인들은 영상 보고서 저도 더 빼겠다고 하는데 외국인들은 모두 말리고 있는걸 보면 한국에서 마른 몸매를 정말 올려치고 있다는게 보여서 너무 슬퍼요

    39kg doesn’t seem like a healthy weight.
    I’m not one to judge though cus factoring in her height, race and/or any possible medical conditions (I.e osteoporosis and the likes). It’s could be somewhat possible.
    I just hope that no one looks at this and goes “my new weight goal is 39kg”

      It depends of her height if she is under 1m50, 39 could be her healthy weight, but if she is over this height and eat healthy (good food and enough in a day) she should not go down so much.... so Portions could be too little, or have a illness or she is throwing up once the camera is off... One of these, there is no magic trick in losing weight too fast or too much...

I've been with a nutritionist for years now and I can tell you right of the bat that what she eats is perfectly fine, she's is eating appropriate portions and definitely enough calories, she's even eating cheese, jam, and things most nutritionist would highly advise you against for being to high in calories/sugar/fat. I eat even less calories than her and I'm still getting the exact amount of calories you need a day, I'm 1,58 and I weight 60kg. so yeah her food is NOT unhealthy, even if her weight is. she probably just has a crazy high metabolism or else exercises a lot. my best friend is 1,74 and she weights 47kg, because that's how her metabolism is like. she eats a LOT and I mean a fucking lot, and mostly trash food ver high in calories and still she won't put any weight on. if she started eating like me she would quickly lose even more weight. does that mean her diet is unhealthy? no. I'm sick of people thinking not overeating, exceeding on calories, fat, sugar and processed shit makes you have an eating disorder. no it doesn't. the problem here is that we live in an obese and unhealthy society.

    I’m so happy to see that even the Korean citizens is concerned. Thought that I would have to read a lot of jealousy filled comments, but for this once, I’m so happy .
    I’m also concerned too, and hope she’s not 160cm+ and weighs 39kg only since it’s very harming to one’s body. Being this thin could cause mono pause which is bad for a woman. It could lead to fertility issues in the future. And it will be very easy to gain random bruises that hurts a lot.
    I’m saying this out of concern, but it is up to you if you wanna take it :)

    None of y’all are doctors so stop saying it’s not healthy...how would you know? Maybe she is healthy! I have plenty of friends who have a very fast metabolism, and are about 5ft or 5ft 2 inches and are still around 39kg. She looks like she’s eating well. She’s obviously not starving herself. Three healthy meals a day is all you need to get by. The number on the scale does not determine wether you’re healthy or not!!

      53/54 kg is perfectly ok. No body is better than the other. Your life will not change drastically by just your body weight being different and neither will your negative feelings about yourself. Weight isn’t a good measure of your health or appearance anyway. I could be 50 kg and look “fat” but 55kg and be super toned and lean. If you want to lose weight, at least do it the healthy way. It will take longer but the results will actually stay bcs it’s sustainable and you won’t stress about food so much. The scale will always disappoint you and if not already, it will just lead you into a cycle of restriction and binge eating and an unhealthy relationship with food in general.

Surely going with the normal amount of 1200 cal a day, with healthy, delicious and nutritious meals would be perfect! Or even 900 cal for a diet, though for one which is very temporary, since such is also pretty unhealthy.

    i don't understand korean that much but i'm pretty sure i understood the weight part of the title. girl i was shocked when i saw 39kg, that's a bit too much if you ask me, especially if you're an adult 😅

    I do not usually make comments ever on people’s weight, but a close relative of mine was hospitalised for 6months because she dropped to 39kg through anorexia. Her heart failed as well as her organs. She had hair loss, period loss and caused fertility issues, brittle bones and mass fatigue. I’m not saying you have an eating disorder, but this weight *is not healthy for an adult* please take care of yourself and be safe. Being underweight isn’t good and it does more harm than good for your body and I hope anyone reading this, potentially considering this as their inspiration or thinspo or new goal weight reconsiders xx

      You have to consider her height tho. She is 150cm. 39kg may sound anorexic but once you consider her height it’s not extreme.

      Akiko I her height considered or not, she is still underweight for her height, and my comment and point doesn’t change: it’s not a healthy weight to maintain and if people are looking up to this as a weightgoal or target they need to be careful. I wasn’t saying she has an eating disorder, but just to be careful when reaching such low weights and warning anyone potentially regarding it as thinspo and a body goal

      @@abby9435 My sister does track and she weighs 38kg and her height is 149cm. She is very healthy with high muscle composition and low fat composition. Every body is different and there is no strict number to categorize a “healthy weight”. Of course extreme dieting is not good; however, if a woman is eating, exercising, and having her period, it is definitely safe and healthy. In this case, she might be slightly underweight with the BMI of 17.6, but it’s kind of extreme for you to straight up call her unhealthy without knowing her body composition and health records.

      Akiko I I would like to point out that I *never* called her unhealthy. I said she was underweight for her height, which we agree upon, and I said that on average, this body weight is not healthy to strive towards *in general*
      I know numbers are not everything, but at the end of the day, it is still the recommended weight for a child with a 15year old average weight above 50kg: I know everyone’s different, but that’s exactly why I made my comment, because not everyone *can* remain healthy at 39kg, so I was purely warning people with ED habits, like myself, that it shouldn’t be striven for as a body weight goal.
      Please don’t misinterpret my words, I wasn’t shaming her, I wasn’t saying every single human on earth can’t have a weight like this and strive in athleticism, I was simply warning people that commonly, this weight shouldn’t be made as a goal, especially by people with eating disorders who have thinspo and body goals. It was a comment to people like myself and my sick family member who didn’t realise it wasn’t an attainable goal, and damaged ourselves, that’s it. So please don’t regard my comment as bullying/shaming her body and health, it was a generalised warning

I understand you didn’t mean no harm to the person on the video, but this is another form of body shaming. 39kg can look extreme to an average size woman, but she clearly states in her other video that she is petite. Thus, her body goals would be different from norm. Again, I’m not attacking you or trying to degrade your words, but I’m here to tell you your kind words/worry can also be a form of shaming even if you did not intend it to be in that way.

      Because 39kg is the recommended weight for a *child*
      A literal 15 year old is average to be 55-57kg depending on the height...a grown woman shouldn’t be weighing less than a pubescent teenager

      @@abby9435 i know you mean well i just dont want ppl to give it so much attention. unfortunately those kinds of comments tend to fuel eating disorders bc it makes the person more emboldened to keep doing what theyre doing or in the worst cases try even harder. We dont know her obviously but if something is going on I dont want us to be adding fuel to the fire.

      mgrmx 2 as someone with an eating disorder, comments pointing out to viewers that 39kg is *not* an okay weight *help us* to not set it as a weight goal. My friend was hospitalised at 39kg because her heart failed and I’m on recovery because it scared me so much, so when I see videos like this, they’re *exceptionally triggering* and toxic, and not just for people with ED. I read a comment made this week of a 13 year old asking if she was fat at 53kg and if she should be lower after watching this: that kind of thinking is sadly triggered through videos like this, so I don’t think it’s fair to say for to say comments advising against this body weight/diet/extreme fad diet, is not good.
      I do understand what you mean in the sense there are some comments being needlessly rude, and I *do not* agree with those comments, but pointing out that this isn’t a healthy weight and warning people to not strive for it, isnt as bad as just saying “oh no it’s fine”

      @@abby9435 im not gonna argue any more bc it seems like we all have eating disorders or are currently recovering. ive been that thin too and everyone has different methods of recovery but at the end of the day i think we can agree its not usually only about weight and theres most likely some kind of underlying issue.

    About her BMI beig low it is not the only criteria to define her health. She might be underweight according to some criteria however everybody has a different body type. I saw some comments as bad as fat shaming. Skinny shaming also sucks. What matters is that she feels good and is healthy. Yes it us not good for anybody to starve theirselves just to be slim * she seems to be eating good tho* but y'all being negative is not good either.

    Gente, por favor levem a altura dela em consideração. Eu como uma pessoa que baixa sei como e chato você querer entrar no peso desejado e ter que emagrecer mais enquanto outros falam que não e saudável (pelo ponto de vista do corpo deles) pessoas mais baixas tem que ter um kg menos, entendam.

    My ideal weight would be 45-50kg but I haven’t had my ideal weight for 10-11 years🙃 I’ve also been on antidepressants so that’s one thing that changed my body drastically like 1,5 years ago I weighed 61kg which was 10kg near my ideal weight and now I gained 19kg with antidepressants….I’m sad lol…. But you go gurl you look amazing😌🤚🏻

    What your height if you weigh 39 . For me that is extremly skinny but them again height makes all the diff. You might be shorter then i am i am 161 cm

      For your height and age average should be 57kg so you are below that suggested margin. As long as you are healthy, can function well and are happy, that’s perfectly fine
