Careful pop off the keys. Take q tip and some rubbing alcohol. The clean the key stems. Then snap on the keys. That would fix the depressing of the keys.

I didn't want to spend a lot because I was getting it for my daughter who doesn't have a very good track record with tablets. I have got to say this iPad looks brand-new. If it didn't say renewed I would have no idea. My only concern and reason I give it a 4 star instead of 5 is because it does take a while to charge. The charger it actually came with took over a day to fully charge. Lucky I have a back up charger I tried and it charged faster still not as fast as I would like but it will do. If anything I can always try to buy a fast charger so it's not a deal breaker. I am very pleased with this product.
I’ve had mine a few years, the problem I am having now is that the top row of letters doesn’t work at all. I check my settings and keyboard, I do have it on QWERTY setting. The bottom, two rows of letters don’t work just not the top row of letters. The numbers row works fine.

I spilled water on mine and left it for a day without doing anything except wiping it and now some of my keys don’t work how can I fix it

I don't know about that. When I got it. The package stated the strip goes there to help be a secure and snug fit. I'm sorry about your iPad though.
