Shamanic breathing with holotropic states is the summary of several connected breathing modalities using what I have considered the most useful among conscious, transcendental, reebirding, holotropic breathing and the mother of all and used a long time ago shamanic breathing. Through this type of guided breathing with delicately selected music, energy work and integration, we can reach non-ordinary states of consciousness.
