Um trabalho digno, bem filmado e bem editado. Excelente a opção de contar tudo na primeira pessoa, sem narrador.... E que funcionou muito bem! Parabéns a todos pelo trabalho. Wonderful work, I myself stumbled upon holotropic breath work without knowing what it was. My wife and I had just experienced a breakthrough in our relationship and we were listening to various sources advising on the benefits of breathing while being intimate. I had such an incredible sense of nonduality (as mentioned in the documentary), a knowing that everything was more right than could be imagined. Tears and laughter along with visions of compassion and love that deeply changed me. So even though I haven’t been in a group setting like this I know how important and meaningful this practice is.
I too stumbled upon this with my wife 😊 It was much different for her though! The rapid breathing had a painful abdominal sensation that lasted about 90mins.... however, it took several days to convince her that the hallucinations she was experiencing where actually not hallucinations, but she actually gave birth to our first child.... he's 22 now and his trips are less dramatic, but can cause heavy breathing, and involving imaginary creatures spinning around inside his head 😊
I would love to listen to this, but they speak too quickly and the captions are too small. I can't wait until you produce these in English. This is a very important topic here in USA and I'm very interested. I have subbed - thank you!
