Great video I am upgrading my Apple TV. I gave away my old ones to my friends kids and I’m was going to buy it the other day and I got delayed, but I’m gonna upgrade and when they when they put up the 18+ I will use some of these tricks you’ve shown thank you.
What are you waiting for? lol, seriously, no other streaming media device comes close to the CPU power of the Apple TV. If you already use airpods, then its a no brainer.
That’s great that apple is providing the on-screen actors and music, it’s a shame however, that they aren’t doing it as Amazon Prime video, which is at times flaky and doesn’t work all that well, but its something. Hopefully this is a step in the right direction for apple and TVOS
I really love to watch your videos, always . Thank you ! I just wondering if the Portrait mode screen saver is for the all ATV models or for the newer ones/ because I see only Aeral and Photos as an option. I'm on Beta 3 (MODEL A1625. APPLE TV 4TH GENERATION.)
All I really want as a new feature is ability to disable Dolby Vision for match content and to use HDR10 for all HDR content instead. Some TV:s have really bad DV handling and HDR10 with Dynamic Tone Mapping works way better.
Nice however id like my wishlist to come back, seeing info on purchased movies in the tv app. I have to stat the movie then go to info. Also show me what resolution i own and am currently seeing along with the audio I’m getting.
I may be wrong, but I saw on another video you can now long press on a purchased video in the library to see the info option. Takes you straight to the store page with all of the details.
InSight is live in the tvOS 18 developer beta 3, and will be coming when the public betas are available later this month!
you already can switch screensavers by swiping left or right while the screensaver is on.

Netflix integration is the feature I'm waiting for. The "up next" feature needs some love too. No sorting ability.

That feature is the jump back is nice. An easier implementation of the current Siri prompt of "What did he/she say?"
do you know of a shortcut that can, at certain prescribed time, everyday, check for all application updates, and update them.

Have you had any issues with WiFi I updated and have been having issues with WiFi disconnecting
