EXCELLENT video man.. Just bought a Tahoe that they had to put a new tire on before driving off the lot, and they forgot to reset the TPMS.. Rather than driving for an hour back to them , this will let me do it myself... Thanks for the video ... just bought the tool and will do it myself...

Thanks man! I've had my 2017 Camaro for about 3 years and I love it but man! I already dropped 6 grand replacing the transmission over the a8 shudder and now my tpms system blanked out like that. This car does weird stuff. Butt it's convertible and it's fast and loud. Sooo... Worth it 😂

How much did Discount Tire charge for the TPMS reset? I just bought one of these tools for my 2016 Camaro SS.,.need it for my wheels and tires.

Bought this same one. Works great. However, it broke when I changed the battery one on the prongs broke off and it was done.
What are your thoughts on the 2021 mach 1 mustang ditching MT82 and going back to Tremec 6 speed? and the 2021 camaro ss 1le with 10 speed auto?
denzel domingo I like that they both exist. The Tremec is a much better shifter from what they say. But honestly I had no issue with the shifter in my 2019 mustang GT. The shifter was more precise that what I’m experiencing in the camaro. Maybe they compare it for performance driving which I don’t do. I’m glad they added the 10 speed to the 1LE as well. It should make the car faster around the track and accessible to more people. I wouldn’t buy it though. I got a thing for manuals

Hi! Would this work if I hit a pothole and the “Tire Monitor System” come on?
It could work if it knocked off the alignment. It wouldn't work if the sensor got destroyed hitting a pohiole

I don't understand why tires shops don't do that, I went to Walmart to replace 4 new tires, and one the tpms is not working, hope I only have to do this, or maybe they just messed up the tpms 🤦♂️

i really dont understand what you did......i have a '13 Camaro and i switched out my winter tires for the regular ones and the TPMS came on saying...."SERVICE TPMS"

@@QueTheChaotic ....well,due to COVID...my regular tires have been off for a year....I may need to have the system reset......so my regular tires say there should be 50 PSI front & back....but In the driver's door jam on the sticker it says ...36? Should I follow the sticker ...or what's on the tire itself (50 PSI)
@@tidechamp15 if they’re the stock wheels and tires follow what’s on the door jamb. If not, a place like discount tire can help
I just got it yesterday and try to reset my Roa sensors today and it’s not scanning I have a 2016 camaro
Will any of the tires scan? You can try any other tire besides the driver. My car scanned the TPMS on the tire below where the stem is. One tire read further away from that
What to do if is not working when i scan it in my tires one tire wont scan and beep
The sensor might be bad if it won’t scan

Did it reset at all? If not, it must be an actual TPMS problem.
@@QueTheChaotic i was thinking that maybe because the valve was in the center of the rim.
@@ericflores5748 Im having the same problem . My vavle stem is in the middle of the rim. Everything was fine until I put on these aftermarket rims.
@@lmorrison100 I just had the same problem with a valve stem in the middle of an aftermarket wheel. Got it to work finally by putting the tool all the way through the wheel and touching the sidewall that sits in the inside, under the car. Hope this helps
