My machine starts leaking water drops and then steam from the boiler outlet during preheating and there is a strong crackling sound, like glass is breaking when the green light goes off and the machine is reheating What can I do to fix this?
I have been holding the machine for 3 years . I have never been able to get a thick foam that I can get from an external frother for example "aeroccino nespresso "or "lavazza modo mio milk easy" The foam always comes out thin to me and it clearly affects the taste of the cappuccino so it's like zero. I take out the steam before and acted just like here. I use a pouring jug like here. The espresso comes out well but the whipping actually just doesn’t work. Could it be that the frother of this machine is defective? How does it work for you?
@@milo178 It's not just a matter of accuracy. It's not supposed to be that complicated. Usually once or twice you learn how to do it. From what it seems to me is that to get the right frothed milk in such a machine is much more difficult than in another machine, for example a machine that the baristas use in cafes, or home machines like this but at a higher level. Can you send a video of how you whip? Maybe I'll learn something.
@@ami7733 This home based espresso machines surely is more difficult to make silky milk compared to those espresso machines at the cafes. I don't have this machine anymore
@@ami7733 listen to the machine and open the steam 5-6 seconds before the green light for steam comes on. This way it makes a ton of steam like a boiler machine. However, you should be getting enough foam without this. Check the small hole on the steam wand. If it is clogged, it won’t add air to your milk. So you have to unclog it or learn how to inject air into the milk yourself…
so happy i found your channel! great coffee videos :-)

Just stick it behind. The grey coloured round pieces
