Some say its charcoal coffee, but for a manual roasting process it is good enough to make a good coffee.

I just had the exact same experience… one rapid test « dry », no problem, everything was fine. And after connecting the water cooling system, the vfd wouldn’t stop shuting down with error overcurrent. thanks for your video !

The SW4 is off on the DM542, which means the holding current is only half the settings (2.84/2 A). I think that's the reason why the holding torque is not as good as TB6600.

I have a bigger problem, my 3040 hasn't ran since last year October 2023 I got it. The vfd is not connecting with the CNC, nothing is working. Have tried contacting the company I got the CNC from they are not responding. Am really new to CNC I don't know if am to get another vfd or to couple on myself

Think when you take them off the heat you need to cool them down as fast as possible (get a fan and blow cool air through the drum?) They keep roasting after they come off the heat.

The inside of the drum looks smooth so the beans are sliding, not tumbling enough and thus many are getting burned. It needs some slats welded lengthwise to the inside of the drum to stir up the beans more.

When there no gas coming out from gas butane because convex port there is a rubber small seal sometime when open two screw the small rubber seal drop out from the hole to put the butane cylinder at convex port
