Day 2 with Juice and Toya and I'm feeling good about floor work. Sometimes I need to modify like Toya and other times I'm full out like Juice. So far so good. And I loves yall chemistry...the handshake, chest bump and air hoops always give me a smile!

I have a feeling that I should do this one for cardio day! 😊 I absolutely love the combination workouts that take up a total of only 20 minutes. You receive all of the various components, but you will undoubtedly experience a burning sensation throughout your body, and you will never become uninterested in the workout.🤩🤩 My workout for tomorrow will consist of exactly that.
This has got to be so far the BEST exercise by you two that I've done .. sane exercises, different variations of, & the burnout... Awesome stuff thanks💯👊🥵💦🚰

Found this channel and LITERALLY cannot workout to any others anymore!! J & T, you two are absolutely amazing people for helping SAHM's like myself get in my 20 mins a day FOR ME! I have two kiddos ages 2 & 4, and they keep me busy as you can imagine lol, so finding time to set aside once a day to workout to your HIIT videos has helped me SO MUCH! I'm on Day 17 of my daily workouts in 2024 and I can say BECAUSE OF YOU TWO it has made this mama slowly feel stronger and trim back down. Keep making videos, y'all are fire!!!!! Stay Blessed!

I loathe working out, and part if is that a lot of workouts have you do the same sets over and over, and all I can think about is how I want to stop. Your workouts are varied, and each set is quick, which makes it so I don't have to agonize and it's over before I know it. Love it. Thank you!

I added this to my week 1 day 4 of celebration challenge 10/27/22 because I need a good sweat Mon -Fri. This workout is a great way to get a good sweat and quickly. Love the format and the iso holds. A perfect amount of each category to keep you going and not giving up! This is a favorite of mine!
Week 2 day 5!! Tabata workout complete! I love the fact that as this challenge progresses so do I!!! At the beginning I was doing everything modified and all body weight, now I am able to mix it up with both watching juice and with weights! I’m excited to see what’s in store!

I suuuper stink at consistency. Also get injured frequently by pushing myself so hard to do "all the things" in any workout video, group gym session, playing softball for the first time in 25 years and sever a hammy....you get the picture. Hate to be subpar. I'm 45 and 40 pounds heavier than I'd like to be, heaviest of my life at 210, 5'5, also suffer from 'drop foot' that makes anything with balance difficult. Worked hard labor job for the past 20 years, and now a sedentary work-from-home gig. My goal has been to do one of your 20 minute, bodyweight workouts every other day between work stuff. So far, managed to keep on track for 2 weeks. Break up the week with great parcourse trails in our metro parks and difficult hikes with the doggo. Of course I feel better during and after each one. They are perfect for my current condition!!!!!!!! The modifications give me a nice par to measure against if I can't do the full throttle version. Working up a sweat and moving on to the rest of my day!!!! Thank you for making this available for free and for understanding that not everyone is at the same place.
