    5 years later and this just saved me a ton of trouble and diagnosed the odd noise. Bottom idler pulley . Finished in a little under an hour with some help. Thanks brother !

    the top one may spin free...but it's roached (noisy as F)

    Always use a torque wrench for these don’t be lazy. Not trying to be rude but if you don’t understand why you should not be touching anything on your vehicle.

      Really? A torque wrench for an eight mm bolt?
      No, you don´t need that and you cannot even use a torque wrench there because it don´t fit. And it is so tight that you can´t over tighten the bolt unless you use a long extension tool to increase the torque.
