- The G70 is the smallest luxury sedan that Genesis builds for 2024. On the outside you will discover a new 19in wheels design, standard Brembo brakes and FULL LED lighting. On the inside you will be greeted by an upscale leather interior. Under the hood is a 3.3L twin-turbo V6 that is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Unfortunately Hyundai confirmed the G70 will be discontinued without a direct replacement.

A good thing (or bad if you buy new) is that they depreciate very fast so you can actually get a used one with a low mileage significantly cheaper than brand new
I nearly got one of these a while back but the rear leg room was a bit cramped for me.
I’ve owned a 2020 sport 3.3 for over 4 years.
Absolutely love the car. No issues at all. The quickness, handling, braking, quietness, comfort, looks say it all.
I have owned 4 BMW’s and this gives me more pleasure when you factor in the cost and warranty.
What are you waiting for? Go get one.

One thing I’ve noticed is that my 24 3.3T Prestige has the side vents fully open without any plastic straight from the dealer. Must be different state to state. I live mine btw! Gas mileage is not the best but it sure is fun 😂

I've owned nothing but coupes and convertibles since 1987, and if I were going to finally grow up and buy a sedan, this would be on the short list for sure. Probably buy a gently used one, though. Thanks for the videos, Joe! (p.s. blacked out wheels are a zonk for me. That and Nardo gray)

the 3.3’s already have a decent after market, all you really need is a tune and it’s really fast
@@online_now6834 Say what??? Issues are few and far between with the 3.3T powertrain. With just colder plugs and a Lap3 tune, the G70 easily runs 0-60 in under 4 seconds. I've had mine for over 2 years with zero issues.

I love gunmetal gray, it's one of my favorite colors especially for a wheel design. But in this case I think Genesis should have gone gloss black where all the gunmetal trim is on the wheels, to give it a more contrast, sport look.

The lexus is way more. The more affordable option is definitely the g70.

I have this same car in black and it's a head turner and I get asked about it constantly. Same white interior. It's quiet inside and luxurious. Smooth and powerful! Wish it the premium stereo came with a sub woofer! Still awesome!

I think I gotta give props to Genesis for the cluster being only half digital, they left the speedometer analog which is really the importantest part of a gauge cluster if you ask me.

Better than C63 there's NO comparison as I was a previous owner of 2022 G70 3.3T. It's slower, doesn't handle good at all, small interior and interior doesn't compare to German cars! It has good pickup but handling such compared to my Alfa Romeo Giulia which I traded in. I got rid of the G70 3.3T and went back to Alfa Romeo

2023 g70 3.3t RWD I’ve had it for a full year 20k miles and I love it
I owned a Kia Stinger and now have a G70 Launch Edition. Both cars are very similar, since they are built on the same platform. I love my G70 but if you're looking for a G70 with more room, then get a Kia Stinger. Build quality is 95% on par with the Genesis and it has all the exact same features (heated/cooled seats, HUD, etc) as the G70, just with a bigger backseat and more useable hatchback-type trunk.
Exterior beautiful, engine options are great. But for interior .. Seats aside.. the interior can’t compete with the others in the class it’s supposed to be in.
The G70 is something amazing.
Getting a new car soon and i’m considering one of these, sad that they’re getting discontinued soon..

2019 G70 50k miles is coming in at 27k thats the price of a 24' Sentra sr, Civic sport and im wondering whats yall overall opinon on that? Specifically going with the Genesis over the aforementioned. This is the first time im even looking at it.
If you want a hatchback the Stinger is basically the same as the G70

Had my G70 3.3 SP for 3 years traded for 24 GV70 SP and absolutely love it. BTW G70 performed flawlessly for 3 years.

Yet another ICE sedan leaving the market. Definitely a sharp looking car, inside and out. I wish the trunk and rear seat were roomier. I think the most likely car to be cross-shopped is the Acura TLX Type S: similarly equipped (AWD) they are comparable in size and price.
