I've had a v6 GV70 for 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone that has been in it has been blown away by how luxurious it is and it's been 100% reliable.
I've owned a number of Mercedes, BMW and Audis, and none of them were 100% reliable after 2 years. My Genesis has been 100% reliable and it's great drive.

Genesis is popping off. Those two vehicles presented in this video have actually got some of the best interior and exterior styling out of any vehicle in my opinion. The way the make them so clean and consistent by combining side blinkers with aero etc. BEAutiful vehicles

I drove a G80 for a week that was 7 years old with the twin turbo 3.5 engine. That car was awesome and fun to to drive Wow that now have 600 horse power. Can’t imagine how much fun it would be. Luxury and performance. Wish I can afford it. They nailed it

Holy shit, as a past M5 Competition owner, M550 and X6 M50 current owner- this G80 is mouth-watering Fire! Dammit, it’s such a brilliant and beautiful design through and through. Makes the new M5’s look so dated! Cross between a Bentley Coope vibe front end and the wide fender flair and hips like an F series M3 but so much sexier! Cannot believe what I just watched! I’ve got to have one in this exact spec
The carbon trim on the sides is beautiful! Not over done, just pure perfection. And that color is so nice! The only orange I've liked is from Lamborghini but this is so nice!
My wife has purchased 2 sonatas and a elantra GT all brand new and I can definitely say that Hyundai is a very reliable car. The second Sonata has 250k miles on it and still runs fine even after sitting in the garage for 5 years. They have definitely come a long way. Its because of this that I would be very interested in purchasing this car.
Imagine going back 30 to 40 yrs in the past and telling people that Kia and Hyundai will be top dogs in the car industry, people will think that you have lost your damn mind well I’m sure now some people got proved wrong and the Magma Edition might be a way for Genesis to prove that they can hang with the European Brands
Never thought I’d see Hyundai or Kia outperform any of bmw or Audis models but here we are with the K5 besting almost every i3 and the G70 3T besting all i4s, G80 sparing with a Mercedes S class. Definitely getting interesting out here. Almost forgot to add the Kia telluride whooping both BMW and Kia in value and luxury.
Color and design is SEXY! One of the best designs out in the market..I own 2023 GV70 & I LOVE IT! Long way to go for Genesis but I can say they’re on the track to be a Luxury Brand!
I have a 2019 G-70 3.3TT in Havana Red. I keep it as clean as possible and I get so many people complimenting how beautiful it is. I have a big smile on my face every time I get into it. I love it. I have one small criticism of it. I say it's a 2 door pretending to be a 4 door. I wanted a bigger back seat with all of the performance, but, until now, Genesis hadn't come up with it. But, now, this G-80 Magma is over the top gorgeous and it looks like it will be a screamer. And the back seat is actually functional. I would definitely buy one when it's available. I can hardly wait to see it in person. Thanks Joe for a great review. Always fun to listen to and watch your presentations. Keep up the great work.
Stunning car and color. I Have a 2016 Genesis 3.8L AWD Sedan in Parasian Gray with 42K miles garage kept. Fantastic automobile have never seen another other other than in a picture.
@@Prodigy_ad Yeah, after the recent hyundai/kia thefts in the US, their reputation dropped a lot. But I'm in Canada and Hyundai is still highly sought after here since ours had immobilizers installed from factory.

@Postingam2 I guess it depends on how much you put interest in long-term reliability. A NA V8 will last a lot longer than a turbo v6 due to the strain being put on the engine. I like the fact that my NA V8 sounds better and will probably run well past my lifetime as the car owner with only regular maintenance required.

considering if you see the price of a g80 3.5t at dealers is for sale at 75k. I would think the performance version will jump to atleast 100k. expensive brakes, more hp, bigger turbos, carbon fiber. yea, wont be for sale cheap. nothing at genesis is cheaper by a big margin.

I’d be surprised if this exact spec went into production. They might keep the color, But I wouldn’t be surprised to see the engine output being more around 550 hp. As long as they can get it to 0-60 in under 4 seconds, I think that’s a success for Genesis.

I’m hating special editions nowadays. It’s a fancy way of saying: I’ll give you an exclusive color, and you give me an extra $40,000 By the way, this color has been done before - it was the legendary, limited to 1500 units, 2003 Mazdaspeed Protege. I owned one and loved it.
