    Wow coach ive seen 90% of ALL channela videos on youtube for
    Badminton training BUT i Never seen anyone use that type of practice where to put the shuttle on elbow and swing!! Wow!!! That is probably the BEST thing i seen on how to keep elbows ahead till time to release arms! You are genius !!!

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  2 года назад +8

      However, do not extend your elbows too far forward. Immediately after passing the head, you should grip the grip quickly so that the racquet head can move forward.

    just want to know..is it ok for a player to continuosly Play with racket rotating, spinning in circular motion after every point in a match.. Doesn't it affects one's grip of holding the racket???

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  Год назад

      I don't understand what your question is.

    • @Urahara25
      @Urahara25 Год назад +1

      @@full-swing What i am trying to say is if you notice... Players love to spin their racket unconsciously after getting a point..or play with racket in a certain motion..So after every interval when player holds the racket again during a match.. Doesn't it bother them that i could have lost that sweet spot grip for a little bit.... That precious satisfaction of holding the racket with a perfect forehand grip...

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  Год назад

      If you watch pro players, you can see that they rotate their racquets from time to time. They can do that because they know when to prepare. I think that the habit of shaking or turning the racket can be tolerated as long as amateurs can accurately capture the moment they need to prepare.
      However, it won't work if the preparation is delayed because of the racket rotation.

    I'm just wondering if I should separate the movements of the hip, elbow, or is it all one smooth movement?

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  2 года назад

      It is, of course, a movement. That's the reason why the swing doesn't work well even if there's only one awkward spot.

      이 영상의 1분 0초 구간을 보시면, 서비스 라인에서 시작해서 뒷쪽까지 간 다음에 스매시를 합니다. 어자 선수이니까 조금 더 참고하기 좋을 겁니다.
