      ruclips.net/video/UppSk0FZORA/видео.html
Perhaps you have seen this video too. The grip method is not important, but the role of the fingers is important.
When learning badminton for the first time, distinguish between forehand and backhand grips. This is just a convenience for beginners. In order to become an advanced player, it is not correct to distinguish between grip methods.
If there are 100 strokes, there are 100 ways to grip. Will you learn all of that?
What role do your thumb and index finger play? You just have to distinguish what role your middle and pinky fingers play. If you do that, you only need to learn two simple things. (control / generate power)

At 2:24 the top of the racket is not in view, it's so important when filming to include the whole racket for the whole swing! I'm interested in seeing exactly when the racket starts to open out! It's hard or impossible to see usually because it's often a blur but that view was good, shame the top of the racket wasn't included! Your overhead technique is universally very highly regarded by all coaches i've spoken to, including ones that normally disagree on everything!

thank you for your opinion :-)
I often use boldly zoomed-in angles. When taking pictures like this, I don't worry about the parts that aren't visible. This is because the unseen parts are filled with the viewer's imagination.
The purpose of my making the video is not for your ‘study’. If you guys watch this for just a few minutes and find it interesting, I'm fine with it. Detailed study is your job.

(4writer@naver.com)
이 링크 한번 참고해보세요. ruclips.net/video/f4UJiVgNgyg/видео.html

고건 이 링크를 참고해보시면 되겠네요. ruclips.net/video/7PkoXv30S9Q/видео.html

Nice stuff as always coach !
IMO, the most important step in coach's video is step (5)
he transfer his bodyweight from rear leg to front leg,
    The lower body generate power,
while upper body (waist, torso, shoulder, arm, wrist, fingers)
    adds more racket speed.
It looks easy for coach because he is somewhat around 185cm++ tall I guess ?
YES, Bodyweight sure add a lot of power, if you know how to use it.
It does not means small player cannot hit hard, but you need better technic,
which coach may still keep in secret for the next video ? 😁

On our channel, we often upload videos of 12-year-old boys and girls. Are they stronger than you? They get the hang of it and use it only to the limits of their power. But we try to come up with something stronger than our own strength. it works as a minus

I was going through the old videos! The importance of loose fingers is very crucial. So nice to that part again.
Last day, while I was practicing, I felt my speed of the swing was fast when compared to speed of the shuttle. Can you give some tips to correct it?
Also if I could send a video of myself playing, can you give me sime corrections??
