I’ve made this a couple times and it’s always a winner. This time I changed it a little. I used three cheeses. Cream cheese, fresh grated parm and mozzarella. I substituted ranch dressing for the mayo. After I cooked off the chicken and baked it for 13 minutes in the oven, I transferred the chicken to a plate and in the pan sautéed some mushrooms. Deglazed the pan with white wine and reduced it. Added a bit of chicken stock. Added 1/2 cup grated parm and some heavy cream. Plated a piece of chicken. Scoop or two of mashed potatoes and a little white wine cream sauce. That was restaurant quality. Hope you’re not upset I freestyles your recipe.
I just made this last night and it was amazing. Everything about it was delicious. The chicken was juicy, the stuffing was divine, and the whole house smelled so good. Can’t recommend this enough.

When I made these, she flipped. Don't worry, didn't break a hip. But she and I both really loved them. I think I followed the recipe pretty closely. Thank you so much.

Oh Honey, if you like chicken pot pie, you should taste Natasha's recipe!!! It's so delicious & has become a family favorite. We have plenty left over for the next day. Its one of those dishes that are super good the next day & nothing left after that, lol!!! Its awesome!!!! I use her same pie crust for fruit pies, too & it taste amazing!!! Love this-- I don't eat cows milk so I substituted the cream cheese for goat cheese, used sheep's milk pecorino and almond mozzarella then added chopped artichokes with the spinach-- it was amazing!!! The stuffing technique is tricky, but well worth the effort.

I made this stuffed chicken last night I have to use a convention oven but it still turned out really good I just wish I was a pro like you when it came to the toothpicks I couldn't get them to go in sideways so I just poked them through and put more in thank you for the recipe my husband loves it it definitely will be a new favorite. I took the filler the next day n put it on a everything bagel. And then I just spoiled the top so I got a little crispy on top and oh my God it was so good.
@@nxxxlooo5726 Did it yesterday and it was so good! I added Goya seasoning as well, and I'd actually fry the chicken alone without the cream mixture first. Both sides. Add more paprika powder! So good! And then bake the sliced chicken in the oven first for 15 minutes. Then stop the oven and add the mixture inside the chicken.I had frozen chicken that I dethawed for 5 hours, but so, the middle of the chicken/mixture, took longer to cook. I think this recipe works like the video if the chicken is not frozen. But it's worth it! I used Muenster cheese instead of the other cheeses. It's delicious!

Made this for lunch and it turned out amazing. I eye balled the seasoning and seasoned inside the cut too. In the future I would seat with butter instead of olive oil for extra flavor. I will be making this again
I made this with a few substitutes sour cream for the cream cheese and feta bc I had it and green onions bc it was green…everything else was kept the same..it was amazing! Delicious!!
My family always complains when I make chicken breast because they say it's dry. I was searching for something to make and came across this. Had all the ingredients on hand and thought I'd make it. This was delicious and super easy and fast to make! There were no leftovers. :)

Yes! This is a winner. My husband really raved about how good it was. I did add something for fun. On top i poured a oinion mushroom gravy over a little more mozzarella cheese to make it into a smothered stuffed chicken breast. Not just good but super deliciousssss. We made them to celebrate Christmas, and did others stuffed with cheese and ham. I had problems opening the chicken because these chicken breasts were very thin (Sam's Club chicken breasts are usually the opposite, so huge that I thought it could be a problem to have them fully cooked). So I didn't want to have to roll them because I thought your method is the best to close them back again. I finally managed to do them and they were extremely delicious. Thank youuuuuuu
This is fantastic! Quick tip----clean your baby spinach(stems)----place in a freezer bag/freezer.(remove as much of the air) Next day---thaw (ring out)---and it's ready for the mixture! Chops nicely😄

I saw this and knew it was gonna be good. I made it and if mine was half as good as yours, you're right it was restaurant quality. Had it with a nice Caesar salad. It reheated great too.
I made it twice. The first time we loved it but i felt like it needs still more seasoning so the next time i seasoned it from the inside also and i added Goya seasoning it came out delicious! Yes! This is a winner. My husband really raved about how good it was. I did add something for fun. On top i poured a oinion mushroom gravy over a little more mozzarella cheese to make it into a smothered stuffed chicken breast. I have made it without and it is delicious the way you recommended too. Just like to experiment! You are awesome, Natasha!

Not just good but super deliciousssss. We made them to celebrate Christmas, and did others stuffed with cheese and ham. I had problems opening the chicken because these chicken breasts were very thin (Sam's Club chicken breasts are usually the opposite, so huge that I thought it could be a problem to have them fully cooked). So I didn't want to have to roll them because I thought your method is the best to close them back again. I finally managed to do them and they were extremely delicious. Thank youuuuuuu

This is fantastic! Quick tip----clean your baby spinach(stems)----place in a freezer bag/freezer.(remove as much of the air) Next day---thaw (ring out)---and it's ready for the mixture! Chops nicely😄

Fantastic!!! Other recipes forget the chicken would not be fully cooked, you do it right. I saw a Peruvian Chef, - he's great- who cooks the Cordon Bleu rolled in plastic first, and then he does the oven or skillet. Your way seems the most perfect! and Yummmyyy ;) THANK YOU

Okay, I'm back! Wow! This recipe is soooooo good! My son and his wife are these gourmet cooks and they have me over for dinner every so often. I made it twice. The first time we loved it but i felt like it needs still more seasoning so the next time i seasoned it from the inside also and i added Goya seasoning it came out delicious! And i also added sautéed mushrooms to the filling! Honestly for real restaurant quality. Thank u natashaaa 🥰🥰
