- 2 to 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened or Room Temperature
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1 Cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2 to 4 Tbsp of Chicken Broth or Water
Cheese Filling:
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Broccoli
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Chicken Seasoning (All seasonings for this recipe are to taste):
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Seasoned Salt

Season it garlic powder onion powered black pepper
Mix it all up
Slit the chicken
Cover in olive oil
Season inside
Then stuff it
Season the chick
T spoon of butter and oil in skillet

GOOD IDEA!! I know me too!! I even use the pkg sometimes.I make meat loaf right in the pkg less dishes.I use plastic gloves too then you can wash your hands as many times as you want w put drying them out & no dirt under the nails.

Just made this today and my husband flipped for it!
However, I didn't have a whole stick of cream cheese, I only had about a half. So to make up for the loss, I added a bit of sour cream in place of about 15% missing cream cheese. It came out SO good! He told me I need to make that again.
I also had to work with frozen broccoli I had in the freezer. I just thawed it in some water and put it in the mixture like normal.
It was a zesty tang stuffing that added dynamite flavor to the chicken.
I also added a bit of chives in the mix, and used the seasonings i had on hand which included adobo, sazon, paprika, onion and garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning and the parsley.
Improvise with whatcha got, I'm sure it won't fail. I had to make mine work and I do wish i had more stuffing, but it was still phenominal.
Add some rice to the side for contrast. It tastes amazing !
For me I did cook my chicken on the stove top a bit longer, and left it in the oven for about a total of 30 minutes on 375°F. It didn't dry out and i checked on it every few minutes to make sure of that.
I recommend adding the toothpicks. I didn't and damn near lost my stuffing while flipping it in the pan. Only lost a bit but no biggie.

And I must tell you she inhaled it, But I used a trio blend of cheeses and when I mixed the cream cheese, scallions and shredded cheeses together, well I tasted it and to my surprise it was so good ,that I will be using the mixture as a dip.
