Ingredients:
chicken breast - 900 g (31.74 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 7 g (0.25 oz)
for the filling:
cheese cream - 100 g (3.5 oz)
hard cheese -100 g (3.5 oz)
spinach - 200 g (7 oz)
granulated garlic - 5 g (0.18 oz)
tomato - 1 piece
for the sauce:
mayonnaise - 50 g (1.76 oz)
mustard - 25 g (0.9 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
hard cheese with parsley - 200 g (7 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/10 minutes
for the salad:
French baguette - 1 piece
olive oil - 25 ml (0.85 fl oz)
Fry over medium fire 5 min
cucumbers - 2 pieces
cherry tomatoes - 200 g (7 oz)
basil - 40 g (1.4 oz)
mozzarella - 80 g (2.82 oz)
red onion - 1 piece
olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)

Whoever is reading this- MAKE THIS NOW! It’s so so good!! I have a Frigidaire oven, so I left it in for 15 more minutes and it was perfect! So good juicy chicken, right amount of flavor and filling! Definitely a keeper.
What does the brand of the oven have to do with it?

I tried this tonight for dinner OMG it is amazing I have never tasted anything like it. My son doesn't like tomato so I substituted it for capsicum, i also added a slice of ham lol. It was amazing thank you for sharing.

Excellent recipe, love it, didn't add the cream cheese though and also next time i make it less salt, my bad 😉
The filling is the same I use in a stuffed salmon recipe that is traditional for Christmas dinner or o tv her special occasions: no tomato. And the filling is mixed together and spread over the salmon wrapped in puff pastry and egg wash brushed on top. The hard cheese I use is Gruyere cheese. Super simple easy 400*/18-20 minutes.

What did you use for the hard cheese?
I used cream cheese and mozzarella combination on the inside ...and put the mayo mustard mixture on the outside of the chicken...

I think you may have edited the video incorrectly. You spread mustard and mayonnaise on it and then you bake it. Then take it out and sprinkle the cheese on top all over. And you use the brush to apply the mustard and mayonnaise again!!🤔

Definitely will try the recipe. Hard to watch the video though. Kept waiting for a thumb or finger to get sliced off. Try this. Since you have your knife in your right hand, place the breast in front of you left to right with the thick end on the right. Place your left hand over the breast with your fingers pointing to the right, towards the thick end. With your fingers and thumb slightly raised so only your hand is touching the meat, cut from right to left. This keeps you from pulling the knife towards your stomach and your wrist. See the 17 second frame. Also, based on the number of cuts you had to make to separate the two breast halves, you might want to put an edge on that blade. See frames 9 through 11.
