That was a great property and I agree that the price is probably a little high but there's a lot to like about it. I built a sauna in my house in France and we used it all the time, almost every day in winter! It was awesome! They're such a great idea especially when paired with the hot tub outside...yes please! Thanks for another video. I once read that Italians "live" in their kitchen. Maybe that is why they have the sofa in the kitchen? I mean if you hang out there a lot then the hard wooden table chairs are not comfortable. In the Netherlands we don't have sofas in the kitchen though. I remember the 100k house (which needed 150k repairs) which seems better value than this house. But nice house and this one has a pool and sauna (with room which you can rent out) which adds about 50k to the price I think!
I think its great. pitch the kitchen table. pool or swimming pool? minimum of 20 meters to be a swimming pool. the road by the pool not so great. everything else awsome.

@@AnnetteJosephstyle We're guilty as charged on that one! You really don't hear the road from the elevated position of the property, and it's not a very busy road at all.
I think the place neeeds a little more customized decor, and it's overpriced about 15% so around 325k Euros would be more like it. Annette I think you could buy it to use as another guest accommodation, as well as using the sauna whenever the mood strikes! Ciao
