It is still the cutest kitchen potential that we've seen in many tours with you. OK so here's the deal: Lizz will buy this place on the one condition that you, Annette, agree to be the design maven for the whole renovation, and in exchange, Lizz will let you use the new street-level kitchen to film your cooking episodes with Leo...a great trade, you've gotta do it! Ciao & best regards as always
I hope she will make an offer - such a great spot ...and agree with Liz - showing the front of the property it's so important! Love watching your videos!
Greetings from Australia. I love watching your videos, they bring me such joy. My ancestry is Italian and I dream of buying a small house like this one for me and my family to enjoy. Annette I really enjoy your wise input; I have learned a lot! This house is a real gem, I hope Liz buys it.🤩
I am from Australia as well [Brisbane]. Anette always finds the unusual, with an eye on the bigger picture of possibilities. Hope you make your jump to Italy. I am looking to make the move, and have been for about 1 year n a half. Lets see how the world settles after November and whether we will be able to afford the move.
Hope Liz puts in an offer & buys it. I remember it from last year - outside is very impressive & once a new kitchen, bathroom & storage area are re-done, as well as expose the brick ceilings & repaint throughout, it’ll be gorgeous. Personally, due to the lovely ceiling in the hall and balance in its proportions, I wouldn’t reduce it to make a door. Keep the symmetry.
Well done Annette. I’m a fan of your channel and so happy to see it growing. I hope your friend decides to buy the house. It does have a lot of potential. I’m in Chianni drowning in Ikea boxes and Allen wrenches, but we have been able to get out and treasure hunt a few times, and I can’t wait to go to some of the markets! Tuscany is a designer’s dream.
It is a designer's dream indeed. Thanks for the support it means a lot. Good luck with the IKEA assembly, you're a better woman than I am I cannot put that stuff together hahaha x
Oh my gosh Liz if she is willing to help you with the renovation, I would definitely snap that up because that she’s a wealth of information and style. How fortunate wonderful wonderful congrats on finding and making your decision to move there.
Hi Annette, Did Liz get the property? It seems perfect for her and I liked it better the second time around seeing the nice mountain view. The vaulted ceilings and terra cotta floors really make this one a gem. Whoever ends up getting it I hope they share the reno process so we can see the before/after reveal. It would be helpful if you and Federico offer your expert opinion on how much the reno process will cost and how long it will take. I'm guessing at least 150,000 and 1.5 years. Julie Montague has been working on her tiny townhouse for a few years and I think there was even less reno needed for her place than this one (and she had a lot of help from contacts in England). She's still having work done on the kitchen now. But if an owner lives in the town and helps out then things can move along a bit quicker.
Maybe not familiar enough w old Italian houses but looks like the rooms are very small, totally unlivable and a fortune to upgrade and heat. But hey...if you love it ...go for it!
Please keep us updated!! Lizz if you like it, do not get discourage by the works. I bought a house in Abruzzo and it's being renovated right now and the entire process has been so smooth! They are so lovely that they send me pics everyday!
@@jmcqueen7355 I bought in Lanciano for two reasons: Bus from Fiumicino Airport takes me there and am 3 min away from bus station. And I wanted to be near Trabocchi coast.
There are rentals all over the world. It's inevitable. However our area desperately needs the economic influx of tourists and home buyers. There are so many abandoned homes, as you know Italians do not buy property. They sell it. Thanks for the feedback.
See what I thought when we first toured this property back in the Fall: ruclips.net/video/w3KI1Sx1FsM/видео.html
If she doesn’t buy it , I will! For the price and lil work that it needs is fabulous! Thank you for showing this cute property! Thank you Annette
You are so welcome!
Love this! Keep us updated!
Will do!! Thanks for watching. x
I cannot wait for her to buy it and watch the restorations. I love it for her! Brava!
Me too thanks for watching x
Thx dear Annette for bringing us this video. Ciao for now!
Pleasure, thanks as always x

It's a contender. Thanks for watching x
it's such a great space, right!?
I'm excited to see Lizz's journey. I LOVE this property!
It's really exciting! Thanks for watching.x
From California to a remote hilltop town in Italy; will be interesting to see the transition.

Hey! It seems like everybody's going to come and live in Fivizzano 🎉
Wouldn't that be great. x

It would be amazing

I will help her, she's a friend no matter where she ends up. But she does love this one. Thanks for watching x
Annette is the best!

You won’t regret buying a home in Fivizzano. Italians are kind and generous. Lunigiana countryside is spectacular.
wonderful
I think Liz will buy this property!
You need to watch this video, next. ruclips.net/video/vZ02LOt9j-4/видео.html
@@AnnetteJosephstyle I love that little cottage! I would buy it, if I was ready now. Perfect for me and my dogs.
I'm envious......
BUY It Liz! You’re super cute too! 😉😉
I live in CA as well & have been looking for a vacation house in Italy too.
Cheers Kirk
thank you!
Did Liz make an offer? The possibilities are exciting.
You'll need to tune in and see if she wound up with her dream home. Thanks for watching. x
This is still the one I think has the most potential.
She loved it. Thanks for watching x

She's looking for something small and manageable. We do have some larger properties on the channel have a look. Thanks for watching. x
Interested in the cost of renovations to make it livable, can be in the hundreds of thousands.
That's so variable. But I will check in on Lizz and see how it's going. Stay tuned and thanks for watching. x
The real estate agent is the most important person in that transaction.
That's true but the Notaio and the Geometra are as well. Thanks for watching. x
As an american can I just say I dig on you
Now that Lizz has selected the cottage do you know if this property is still available?
You would need to contact Federico, his info is on the video. Thanks for watching.x
Don’t buy it Liz!!! (😂 maybe only saying that because I want it 😂). But if you do, you know you will have to share the restoration project with us!
Of course , we will share everything ; you know I love a good renovation. Stay tuned. x
stay tuned to find out!
Please keep us updated!! Lizz if you like it, do not get discourage by the works. I bought a house in Abruzzo and it's being renovated right now and the entire process has been so smooth! They are so lovely that they send me pics everyday!
Oh, I will make sure Lizz reads this. Thanks for watching x
Thank you for the encouragement! stay tuned to see which house I choose...
Where in Abruzzo? I have been looking there. It's much closer to Rome, where I fly into.
You’re doing a house reno in Italy and you’re not here ? !

Former medieval Hospital? You can expect that place to be haunted lol 👻
100% Thanks for watching x
OK my prediction is that she will not buy this one but will find something else....let's see if my psychic abilities are working.
Thanks for watching only time will tell...As you know here it is a long process. x
Hopefully Liz is not another American buying to do a short term rental and destroy our economy like they are doing theirs.
