I would sum it up as, "the biggest worry Frank has run into yet!" Great potential for many many rooms, plus a finished part to live in, at a great price. Can't you picture it, Il Magazzino, sister property of La Fortezza?
Interesting property, for sure. Lots of enchanting historic details and grand spaces. Way beyond my budget, though, once you factor in finishing off the renovations, taxes, and then upkeep. Still, for the right buyer, this could be heaven.
Great house for people who maybe want to rent out an apartment while staying next door, have some budget to renovate the remaining apartment, and don't want much land.
So cool, but I'm too old to take that on. I don't know where you get 75% done from looking at that. I do get the structural work completed. That's a lot of stone though. and not a lot of light coming in. But a fun walk through. I'm not so sure another $300,000 would scratch the surface though.
The problem they had is the same as so many others in Italy...they ran out of money. Thought they could do the whole project for half a million and realize they still need another million on top of that for completion. Never going to get money back where it is. The more money someone throws at it, the deeper they get because it just isn't warranted for that hamlet.
BS.. "as so many others in Italy"? Where did you read this BS on american newspapers? You have overpriced wood houses in USA that don't even protect you from rain and need steady mainteinance so i would not worry of Italy.
House taxes are not 40% I think you're confusing taxes if you work in Italy. We pay a very reasonable tax on our large property. Your Geometra can figure out your taxes. The other thing to note is that you will not pay house taxes while renovating the property. Thanks for watching.
Wow!! What an amazing house. The views are stunning too.
I don’t think I’ll be able to move to Italy any time soon, but I’m determined to find that blouse!
Even better than this beautiful property is Annette’s hilarious personality and commentary! ❤

I wish we saw the courtyard. Outdoor space is so important.
At .56 sec you see the courtyard and the view.

That disco song from the 70's song says..."Yowza! Yowza! Yowza!!" :)🙃

Amazing property !
Too much of a property for me.

How far a ride is it from an airport?
nearest airport is Pisa, about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Stunning and tempting ... but almost no outdoors, so not for us.
Stay in USA, we already have too many Americans here.

350K in 40% tax country? ...no thanks.
