This property is fabulous, to think you would have your own chapel and it was also historic. The views are wonderful but I'm afraid my heart is left at the Mill property by the river. I do enjoy all your creative ideas as they are very exciting and make me want to jump in. Thank you so much for taking me along. Mary Ann, Chicago
What a great property! I love the upstairs apartment it would be fabulous if that wall comes down between the kitchen and the misplaced bedroom 😍. Another amazing tour thank you Annette and Federico! ❤️
OMG! you are so rad. I just found you on here. Not only do I want to tour a few houses with you I want to get a drink with you. So entertaining and great ideas. keep up the great work.
On another channel it was explained that a property had been used to house construction workers so it was filled with bunk beds. This place is gorgeous!
I liked it. It has workshop/ garage space below I couldn’t tell if you could park a car or not. I’d keep it all for my house and visitors , and I’m sure we have those if we moved to Italy. I have 0 interest in being a landlord of any kind. You really need a camera that shoots in very low light. But I liked a number of things.
Love this place! Does it need some renovation and updates? Sure. But they could be done over time. I'd go with a "modern medieval" vibe. Yes, open up the upstairs kitchen and definitely rip out the murder stairs.
Initially I was feeling the place didn't have anything special, missing the undefinable character...but the chapel made up for it. What a way into the heart of the borgo by maintaining their precious place! I giggled when Federico finally says you "get it"...he was thinking it for a long time, he just forgot to say it 😇. Lastly, why do they have bars on the windows, is there any need for it, I suspect not anymore, or maybe never? Felice estate!
I love this house. It has a great location. The church is beyond. The bars are for security, here in Italy people own many properties so they are not at the location. In this case they don't live here. Which is pretty typical. It's why there are so many houses for sale. Italians inherit homes. It's normal here to own many homes or parts of homes, their relatives leave homes to brothers sisters, cousins and nephews, neices uncles aunts you get the picture. So simply since they are not inhabited, it's extra security.
@@AnnetteJosephstyle OK that totally explains the window bars, it's common no matter where you are in Italy, not reflective of anything specific about the character of Fivizzano. Thanks!
It seems very solid. The rooms are all so small and no land and roof needs redone, stairs would kill me for sure. Yes u could move in and it could be cute, and I I kinda like it but for the price it's a no, seems too high to me. I love the chapel soo much. Thanks for the tour.
What a great property, with so many options! Love the chapel and love how Frederico is “blossoming” on camera 🥰😍♥️🇮🇹🤗

Love this house and the Chapel! You two are so funny together! I have such a crush on Fredrico…he is too cute! 😂
Aww thanks so much.
Nice to see a move in ready vs a ruin. The chapel was a wonderful surprise.
So true!
I would renovate the upstairs first while living downstairs. Easy to add new kitchen that is not so dark downstairs.

Not sure that's the case here, most likely it's just for storage. I was kidding about the cult..sort of LOL Thanks for watching. x
What to think about this house - it is so varied! Fun tour. As always, Thx!

I love the floors…cute house. Yes the stairs are treacherous 🪜
Murder stairs going up and going down.

Appreciate Le tour.
Brotherly love from Australia.

Look at you growing your channel girl! 🎉
What a very cool house, I love this one.

I want it for the chapel.
That price is a no mo to replace a ceiling. What the disposal of plaster is expensive. !!
Disposal here is not particularly expensive. They are amazing with stucco and plaster. It's routine.
I’m not a big project person at 67. Thanks
Thanks for watching.
Cult!😂🤣 Or they had 10 siblings like me!….6 boys, 3 bunk beds all in one room. 🤣🤣
