I stumbled on these real estate tours just the other day. I love them. Love Annette and Frederico. It's about as close as you get to actually going for a visit but really you're sitting at home. Such beautiful properties in such a beautiful place.
Love this property! Also love the chihuahua as I have one too! Mine also barks incessantly. His name is John Wayne aka The Duke. I felt right at home! Beautiful land!
Again a nice and funny video and interesting and good property. Thanks for that! But to me it would be hard to see what would happen inside when removing the new walls and at what costs that would be. Perhaps 100k for basic renovation and more if higher quality/more bathrooms...but that's an "educated guess". Greetings from the Netherlands.
OK, now listen guys.... Italy in 2024 had a 0.29% smaller population than in 2023. In short, Italy is shrinking and that's a process that's accelerating. Meaning as time goes on, these properties in marginal areas will only get cheaper. These Italians know that and try offloading as long as enthusiastic Americans haven't caught on yet and are eager to get "their piece of Italy". I say Americans because no European, most of which have been to Italy and know the state of things, would think 275k is a good deal for a house in Italy. Soon enough they'll hand them out for free.
Interesting POV, however, it's much more complicated. I have been here for twenty years and the prices here where we live have always been affordable in Northern Tuscany.Where as in Southern Tuscany they can go for millions.
@@AnnetteJosephstyle fair enough. I live some 50miles from the border up in Switzerland and I have been going since I was a kid (well over 20y), from Liguria to Sardinia to Sicily, so I think I have a reasonable perspective. Ofc there's places that will remain high priced, Rome, San Remo, Milan, parts of Tuscany, but on the whole I think the direction for Italy is clear. It's literally like Japan where the cities, Tokyo, Osaka or Nagoya remain expensive all while the country side is gradually emptying. They already have 1eur houses out in the boonies, and that's just a little taste of what's to come. For people like me who are 20y or 30y out from retirement there's no hurry. Outside of major calamities this is the first time in human history that the demographic pyramid is inverting, so you can't really go by historical data. It's inevitable. 100%. We already know how many 31yo well have in 30y after all, because they're 1 now.
Thank you to everyone making such lovely comments I love hearing from you and hope you enjoy my videos.
Background music is exceptional. Well done.
Love the production value on this one, nice editing and videography.
What a wonderful house. It has so much potential and I love all the outdoor space.
It could be perfection, and the terra is amazing and the borgo could not be cuter. It's a really beautiful property. You could make it shine! x
Lovely property, and there's definitely character there, so much could be done with it.
I am enjoying your videos, Annette.
Frederico, good English.
