Hi Annette, I am a new follower and I dream about moving to Italy. I love everything Italian, the food, the culture, the history the soil, the wine, everything!! I am so happy that you are buying that one property that I wanted to flip burgers at, but I know i am a long ways away from moving to Italy, I am currently taking care of my 97 year old father and have been doing it for the past 3 years and it's a hard job. I would love to come and stay at your retreat in the future or maybe any kind of property you have in that beautiful little Fivizzano town, I would love to just come and stay for a month and do nothing but garden and be in the sun and at the pool and be in nature. Anyway, I am like over the moon and back about knowing that you will buy that property and make the lower floor into a kitchen, since I know you will do the best job ever and bringing the home back to life!! I can't wait to see the progress, and if I was not watching my father, I would come and volunteer to help with the work. Anyway, I know I can't do it now, so I will keep dreaming on until we meet one day. Thank you for what you do and to help bring one of these Italian town back to life, meaning the deserted homes.

Hi Annette Just wondering if the town has 2-3 month rental properties? My husband and I are retired and live in Canada . We love Italy and would love to spend more time in this beautiful country. Fivizziano looks like a beautiful town. Any advice?!
