2:06 wow the attention to detail in the characters combos is outstanding. That kick Yamacha did was from the Buu saga when he was dead and went to train in the other world with Krillen. He took out two high class warriors from different galaxies with that kick, very impressed they added it. Im a sucker for the little things!
Can’t wait for January, Blue Goku and Vegeta look like so much fun, picking which one to put on my team with Beerus and Freeza is going to be tough!

The animation (not artwork) Seems too...modern anime though. So I doubt adding that would cut it.

It looks better everytime I see it, battle damage and scratches and dust on the characters. And it looks like they fixed the damage scaling. We didn't see too many big conbos but it still looks like the combos to chunks and not little slivers oh health damage. Can't wait for this game!

I was disappointed to see that it is not an "open" game because I waited for the return of a DBZ like burst limit but this game is REALLY EPIC and has got some marvelous graphics ! :)

At first I thought the characters were 2D drawings but then I found out they were 3D models. What amazing models, the best I have seen, WALAA SPICY MEATABALL! Only if they could make a jojo game with those amazing model making skills, I would literally die.
I also would love to somehow get the jojo models if they do make a game for it, that is if they make it ofcourse.

One thing. When Goku's doing the Kaioken Combo, then shoots the kamehameha to the air, but in the cinematic cutscene it goes in a straight line. Fix that, we're almost entering 2018 :D.
I hope some of you who are hating this game understand something. This is a fighting game first and a Dragon Ball game second. This game is less focused on being a game for fans of Dragon Ball and more a game for fans of fighters. That is why you won't see hundreds of characters and mid-fight transformations. Having mid-fight transformations could brake the game to much if everyone but characters like Kurinrin or Hit didn't get one.
Most Dragon Ball games are more like simulators than real games. They are focused on being fun only for hard-core fans and not anyone else.
So if you're gonna criticize this game give actual reasons not "it dosnt hav 130 charters and jiren". That isn't the point so that criticism isn't actually valid.
Tien's idle animation is godlike. He's like "i DARE a mothafucker". I hope they never finish it.

The game looks gorgeous and sick. The only thing is: the stages should have been larger. The whole time you launch your opponent away and he ends up hitting the invisible wall that is right in front of you. If the stages were bigger it would be so much better, in my opinion.

Man, really... I can't say this enough: It took literally a decade and a half to finally make a good Dragon Ball game. this is not only a good Dragon Ball game, but also a damn good fighting game! Shit, it's even superior to the game it tries to copy (you know which I'm talking about).
Don't get me wrong; I love the Budokai, Tenkaichi and even Raging Blast series (the ones after, not really... they suck). But this... man THIS GAME! It was worth waiting half of my life for it.

ghfhgfuuu It was just an observation and imho a valid one to state. Considering the video is meant to showcase unfinished characters, it's not beyond reason to expect AI vs AI for this as a glimpse on the development of the game including how AI behavior.
