So want one of these. Plan to get one for our off road trailer that my husband is building. We hit the road in June for a few months and want something more maintenace free than a portable BBQ that we used to use. Awesome!

why the Oris over the Tembotusk? the TT has a cooking surface 1" in diameter wider (18" for the TT, 17" for the Oris). The Oris is 2X as heavy as well.
