Oh I will love making this - usually my bread puddings are sweet and for breakfast but this would be great for dinner

Your videos are really helpful. Your video thumbnail is also attractive but your videos are not getting enough views. Do you know why?

Ironic that you shared this recipe in your newsletter today. I've been planning to make it since early last week. Will be using two cans of whole & quartered artichokes. Had one can of whole from T.J.s needed to use, but did not think 1 can would be enough, so bought can of quartered Cento artichokes. Any unused can go into a salad etc. Can't wait to make it. Will use Mizithra & slightly aged goat Gouda & some Pecorino Romano as I could not find Kefalotyri & Graviera at Whole Foods. Wish I'd gone to International (Greek) Store on 9th Ave for the cheeses, maybe will hold off making it until tomorrow & go get the K & G cheeses. Thanks Diane, you are always so generous with your recipes, expertise, culinary history and everything Greek! So disappointed I missed your amazing dinner at Molyvos last winter.
