I, for one, will miss the Jetblue Embraer E190s. They fly to DCA pretty much every time from Boston, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando, and I always see them whenever I visit Gravelly Point Park.
You really do great job at sharing sights from the flight! Glad you got to get on JetBlue’s embraer before it retired. One of the things I do in my free time to pass time is watching trip report videos and this is the first one I watched in 2025!
Hello Quintin! Your trip report is awesome! It’s inspired me to start filming my own trip reports. I love watching your channel all the time! Please keep making videos! I’m a huge fan! ❤❤❤
Great video! I sure do miss seeing Jet Blue here in Vermont. Hopfully they will return someday. We just got Frontier back at least. I know a lot of local people were upset when JB left BTV.
Totally know what you mean. Growing up in Boston in the 2000s, it was always jetBlue whenever my family would travel somewhere. It was such a great and reliable product. Now, whenever I fly with them, I feel like I'm flying any other corporate airline that just wants to nickel and dime you for everything. It's just sad. I can definitely see them going under in a few years.
I used to fly this route all the time when I would come home from college. I’d connect in JFK, then fly up to Rochester. Nowadays when I visit I just make the drive , but I’ve always preferred the thrill of flying. Hope you had fun in Vermont! I miss it there.
As good as the flight is, doing that drive is a lot more fun in my opinion! I love visiting Plattsburgh and Saratoga, and if driving the other direction Montpellier is an awesome town too! Vermont is amazing
My home airport. BTV has an awkward layout, you’re right, though it’s better now than it was a few years ago…! Most interesting thing about the airport is the VTANG base (always fun to see F-35s flying out of BTV) and the BETA Technologies HQ and manufacturing facility. Lots of GA activity these days too.
Hope you're having a good holiday. Miss seeing you upload new content on RUclips. By the way, here are some airlines that I consider taking in the near future: JetBlue Airways: New York (JFK) - Los Angeles (LAX) Seat: 24A (Economy Class) Delta Airlines: Los Angeles (LAX) - Cancun (CUN) Seat: 5A (First Class) Icelandair: Orlando (MCO) - Keflavik (KEF) Seat: 24A (Economy Class) Icelandair: Keflavik (KEF) - Seattle (SEA) Seat: 27A (Economy Class) Korean Air: Vancouver (YVR) - Seoul (ICN) Seat: 8A (Prestige Suites 2.0) Korean Air: Seoul to Vancouver (ICN-YVR) Seat: 52A (KE075 - Economy) JetBlue Airways: Vancouver (YVR) - Boston (BOS) Seat: 22A (Economy) As you haven't flew to South Korea before, I'd suggest going there if ever possible. As Icelandair is slated to take its first A321LR flight to the US from May 7, I'd suggest attending the Inaugural flight, as well as trying out Icelandair's 737 MAX between Orlando and Keflavik. Delta has also introduced a new Domestic First Class product, along with JetBlue's Restyled cabin on the A320, which I'd suggest trying out. I miss seeing your frequent upload of videos and wish I could see you upload more content as often as possible. Thanks QFS, great video!!
@@QFSAviation I agree and I kinda miss their older 2000s - early 2010s livery with the smaller logo and grey and blue letters instead of their new ones
@@ojaaviation I use Final Cut Pro and spend an absurd amount of time per video. My OCD is so annoying haha. If you need any help with the software or have any questions let me know!!!
Shame JetBlue is getting rid of these E190s, they’re very nostalgic to me. Funny how I remember missing you at JFK when this was recorded (I was flying to paris that evening on JetBlue's A321.)
@@LCRAVIAT1ON well the new CEO isn't so new anymore, she was the Chief Operating Officer at JetBlue before essentially being promoted to their CEO. That isn't really a good sign to me and the "recycling" of old board employees to newer positions isnt really a good thing for customers especially if the older staff had bad reputations. Boeing is a good example of this
Kind of surprised that JetBlue pulled out. I always thought they might add flights from FLL or MCO to north New England cities like Burlington, VT or Portland, ME.
@btv_spotter PBI (my local airport) just added route to Buffalo on JetBlue. Makes me eonder if they'll also add something to Upstate New York or Upper New England
Good old Burlington used to listen to WCAX TV when living in Quebec. Nice views and interesting terrain. In Spring 2025 I am going to visit relatives in Belgium then on to Riga on Air Baltic apparently a very good airline into their mini hub of Riga. Merci et bonne annee 2025 from B.C. !! 🇨🇦🇧🇪🇱🇻
I flew with the E190 JetBlue from LGA-BOS this past June I’m lucky to have flown on the aircraft as they are going to be retired from the fleet in 2025 and replaced by the A220-300 which I’m also willing to give a try in the future
When you boarded the plane (timestamp 4:50) you can here the pilots performing a check of the emergency callout warnings (like the fire bell and master caution)
Those stellar mini pretzels are similar to Southwest Airlines Maui Jim pretzels on PM flights. Southwest also has Cinnamon snacks for AM flights and longer flights have Oreo cookies.
Another great QFS video. Great views and I love the stickers. It also makes a nice Christmas present! Everyone hit the like button and don't forget to subscribe too. Well done Quebec Foxtrot Sierra and thanks for sharing!!
I won't be sad when they go, as they really need some serious modernization. I've flown on them twice from Baltimore to Boston, and the cabin was old and beat up both times.
Happy holidays Quintin! 🕎 A QFS video makes a nice Hanukkah gift for me 😄 I last flew B6 about a year ago, LHR-JFK-CHS and CHS-BOS-LHR. I flew Mint across the pond, and of course their standard economy on the domestic legs. Mint was great, but I was surprised at how their domestic services had gone downhill since I last flew them. The cabins were in poor condition and the flight crew was rather unpleasant on the CHS-BOS leg. It's a shame B6 is pulling out of BTV after so many years. I have a feeling WN will jump in and launch service to BWI, Florida and perhaps MDW by the end of 2025.
Should be interesting how well JetBlue would be received when flights start up from MHT in late January to MCO and seasonal flights to RSW and FLL. Honest opinion, the flights between MHT and FLL might not last as in recent attempts by carriers to serve that route, they’re hardly full.
Merry Christmas everyone, thank you so much for watching! 🎄🎅
Merry Christmas Quintin!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
You too and have a great '25! Keep dropping these next level TRs :)
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🎉
Awesome video

Wow thank you that’s really cool to hear! I’m glad your videos are doing well too!
In 2025 I’m attempting to upload at least twice a month 🙂🙂🙂
I also miss the original jet blue tails
Me too I wish they made a comeback with the new livery (I hate those new neon colors)
The E190 was the first aircraft I ever flew on, and with JetBlue (JFK-BOS). I would love to travel on the A220 someday! Great video!
Nice video Quintin. 👍👍

Nice to see Kingston from the air. My family moved from there to our current location back in the 1850s.

I hope to visit sometime soon, looks great, but still surprises me that it has the 2nd or 3rd lowest population in terms of states.

Hello
They’re old and the A220s will be just as nice.
The TV was right above the seat which was awesome.
David Needelman, JetBlue first CEO, was very customer oriented.
New leadership, not so much
It’s a shame. That customer service made them who they are, to turn away from it and morph into a slightly-better Frontier is awful
@@QFSAviation they're really gone corporate especially since 2017-ish
new CEO wants to go back to being who they were before. all we can do is hope
I wish they never kicked him off the board hopefully the New CEO fixes jetBlue

PWM is actually a great option, as well as FLL. With already 2 airlines serving BTV-MCO, I don’t think jetBlue would do MCO in the near future.

You will love the new A220's, it's one of the best planes out there!
I know a dude from my boxing gym who particularly flies these JetBlue E190s and is based in Boston, though we live in Florida.
3:20 you forgot another classic tailfin that jetBlue apparently had which was the *Blue Plaid* Livery
@QFSAviation happy New York i mean happy New year quintin when is the New video come out?
Typo where you said the last flight is rumored to be on September 2024 (should be 2025?) at 16:47.
Yes my bad! September 2025 thank you for noticing 🙏
I first took JetBlue in summer 2017, remember having free Terra chips and one can just grab them from a large basket. Not anymore for now :(
Can you come back to SMF?

What if jetBlue got the E190 E2? 🤔
Those JB E190 seats beat the A320-321 anyday by far.
Happy 2025
