  • This video shows some tips and tricks that I have learnt when using resin. It is an ideal tutorial for beginners who are thinking of creating art using resin. The video shows the tips and tricks I wish I had known before starting with resin. It covers the type of resin to use for the task at hand, the differences between polyester and epoxy resin and when to use them. I also show the types of tools and other materials I use when creating epoxy resin art. Alongside this I show resin basics that will make life easier for you. All the tools and materials that I use and show here are available on amazon, links below.

Although I often talk about health and safety in my videos, please make sure you do your own research and take the relevant precautions to ensure that you are protecting your health. I am not responsible for anyone using resin and not taking the correct safety precautions. Resin is a chemical and as such should be always treated with respect and the manufacturers safety advice taken.

We use let's resin mix. Just got my wife everything she needed to start including vacuum chamber. Tons of colors including black light sensitive colors. To many colors to list. But it was worth it to see her smile and having fun.

Thank you for using your leftover resin to make something! I hate that some people seem to just let (whatever their choice of art supply) go to waste. Its nice to see someone using the leftover materials.

Loving this too! Resin is amazing & always looking for more tips on it. I learned a lot from watching Archangel. One other tip is if spraying any alcohol on it, be careful torching. I did that once & my whole board was on fire. Obviously, I didnt think that one through. I have seen others torch with the alcohol mix in it or sprayed on & it worked out fine. But, I won't be trying that again soon. Ha!

Hi there, I'm brand new to resin. I have just purchased pretty much everything. I just have not played with it yet. I did see online somebody suggested heating up resin, but they did not say to heat it in the water like you suggested and I think your idea is fantastic! They suggested heating it in the microwave. To me. I think that's very dangerous. I could be wrong, but that's my thoughts on that. Anyway. I just subscribed to your channel and I can't wait to watch more of your videos. Before I dive in and start playing with resin.
