No matter how much we bash these drivers over their careers, when a driver leaves F1, it's always a little melancholic!
You do grow accustomed to seeing them there, but when they’re gone, it just doesn’t feel the same
only toxic f1 fans bash these drivers and there are sadly too many.
Hope Kevin will return to F1 in the future with a better team

@Iron Chef Palm Beach No actually he has said he had offers but nothing he was interested in. he chose to go to IMSA WEC Gannasi Racing team that is very succesfull and they also have a Indycar team

Now I like Hülkenberg but that's definitely what you should get when you interrupt an interview with a fake friendly hand gesture and smile and a passive-aggressive comment like that. Kevin doesn't do that fake kindness stuff and told him plain and simply how he felt about what he just did. Amazing.
I feel bad for drivers like k mag, they just can’t keep up with the money.

Kevin did also have a money-man to support, so you could call his seat bought. I believe it was 220 mill DKR a year. For different sponsorships, including Jack&Jones..
But somebody starting at McLaren, and scoring many points in rookie season, is not a coincidence

To be fair Hamilton had engine issue in that clip. But you're 100% right about his talent being limited to the performance of the cars he was in. I feel like we didn't see the full potential of Kevin in F1

The podium he get at debut showed how much potential he had. Sad to see him sidelined by Alonso, then racing with uncompetitive machines, and left F1 with unfulfilled potential.

@@sumitblogs15 It was Alonso that should have either Buttons place or Kevins place in Mclaren. Mclaren and Ron Dennis wanted Kevin after a voting but then because of financial reasons and a power fight between Ron Dennis and one other boss there and some shareholders it ended with Button anyway
Well at least he escape from driving that 2015 car whole season.. He did in Australia and not even make into grip.

Ocon had his second shot and I don’t think he is a better driver. If kvyat left, he could have replaced him. A seat at alpha tauri or red bull.But Helmut Marko has the strict policy and signs only Red Bull academy drivers

dude, you can't even compare. Grosjean career far more complete than Mag.
@@jonas90. Magnussen was and is the better driver, and the one being cut purely due to financial reasons. Without Grosjean's recent terrifying crash, he would have gotten the same lackluster tribute as Magnussen.
Also F1: completely ignore the second AT driver Daniil fiat
@@jonas90. Gros raced for longer and had some really nice cars early in his career. Kmag not as much and except for the first year as Gros' team mate had the upper hand in the inter team battle. But thanks for your contribution nonetheless;)
