So here is where Lando learned his starting skills.
Lando jumping the start is a good gag.
It would be but this was filmed in Bahrain.
He was practicing for Saudi
It may look like he jumpstarted, but there is no sensor data from the kart, so we have no way of knowing.

It's funny that all three agree that Russell overtook Lando on the qualy lap and they are laughing their heads off in the background!
Why anyone thought we wouldn't want to watch every lap of them racing in the first place is beyond me. If you have F1 drivers on track, we want to watch every lap we can. Easiest editing decision ever.

I love seeing Lando at McLaren and want to see him a champion.
I think once they retire as drivers these three should take over this little series and do this with the rookies that take their spots would be cool to see it over the next 30 years

It really set his career back a few years going to RB too early. He was lucky he even got another drive to display he talent, many don’t.
Lando has 100's of quandrant sessions. He knows all the dirty tricks for these "off-book" races.
