    Defo one of my fave combinations, mitha lau and meat, I usually fill it up with the lau yum yum. Yours looks absolutely delish!

    Was planning on cooking mita lau with meat tomorrow. Method I use is same only spice amount is different. Going to try yours tomorrow. Looks delicious.

      Ahh I love this curry too! You definitely need to try it. But make sure you buy the cut butternut squash, it's so hard to cut it man!!
