I made the bootable successfully and it shows up on the MacBook I want to download it on but when I click on it it still takes me to the internet recovery mode… any thing I should try different? I have an a1990
Hi, I did it this method many times in my others Mac laptops, but right now, It don't do a clean installation, ( maybe a update?), It doesn't show me any error. I tried more than four times, all the time same process. I don't know why. Could you help me please ? Thanks

If u can, my problem is this: Yesterday i updated my macbook pro software and after this my mac got very slow so i went to reset to factory settings and I was going to reeinstal the disk utility(i think) and when it was deleting my mac battery went off. After charging my mac up I turned my mac on and then the prohibitory symbol showed up so i tried once again to turn mu mac on/off and then the wifi recovery popped up so i connected to my wifi and then the download begun, after like 20 minutes the download estimated time went to 24 hours, after that i went to eat and then when I got back to my mac it said contact apple support -21 00F , I cant do anything ever since, my mac when is turned on only shows the prohibitory symbol and when i try to do any command like command+r/cmd+alt+r or shft+cmd+alt+r the screen just turn white forever and dont show anything at all. If you know how to fix this please let me know as soon as possible. (Srry for the grammar)
Need help if you can: I’ve fully installed the current version of Mojave (this was before I knew about the installer app and it being deleted when installed) now I can’t seem to find any helpful information to create a bootable usb based on my situation. Any ideas?
Did you try hitting GET in the app store? I had it installed too and it went through the download phase and made it seem like it would install again but when the download/install bar was finished it brought up the installation manager page where this video says to hit CMD q
Shavaughn Morris Ok, I fixed the problem a while ago. Before, I tried doing that common method, but it didn’t download the installer, it just came out with “no updates”. Then I performed a factory reset and now your method works. Thanks for the help regardless.
In my opinion apple will go bankrupt if they start selling Mac os in the market because at the price they sell their cheap spec computer you could get a beast of a pc . Nice video tho I'll recommend this to my cousin

...okay, so my drive is erased and all, but when I go to terminal, it never copies it all to disk, what am i doing wrong? help anyone
Don`t change the pendrive`s name at the erase/format process and it will work.
