When I was watching Bleach as a child years ago, seeing Gin explain stuff at the end of every episode was one thing I always looked forward to. When he died I was so sad ..
I can't explain how important it is to have fans also like your villains too. These funny little clips that give rarely seen but big impact characters some screen time and show some more likeable triats then being the big villain of the week make a long lasting difference in how people view them
What really hits me in the feels though is 1. How brutal the death was. Poor guy got his arm ripped off- not even cleanly sliced, like Grimmjow, RIPPED OFF. 2. In the end, his death did nothing to slow down Aizen. It would've softened the blow a bit if at least the damage he did served to handicap Aizen during his fight with Ichigo, but nope, we can't even get that. >:( 3. When Rangiku arrived and saw him laying there, dying, he didn't even try to speak to her. This is the worst part of all this to me. Now you could argue that maybe he was so weak that he couldn't speak, which fair enough, but he didn't even LOOK AT HER? This poor woman is sobbing over his dying body and instead of, y'know, making meaningful eye contact with her (since he always has his eyes closed, it would've made a huge impact), all he thinks of is "oh, Ichigo looks ready to fight Aizen now, good shit". I just- *bangs head against wall* Like I know he does this to get the plot moving or whatever, but holy shit. Sometimes the characters don't even feel like characters 😞

The eighth espada szayelapporo grantz and i noticed too that he doesnt have hollow hole which mostly arrancars had it on their chest/breast, neck or belly
I feel like Ulquiorra’s the strongest Espada because out of every arrancar he was the only one that aizen trusted las noches/hueco Mundo with and plus he was the only Espada to not mess around and get the job done even though he’s #4 he was the only one who took his place seriously while the other Espada all got distracted and didn’t follow orders RIP 2:01
Also don't forget, when Ulquiorra uses his resurrección segunda etapa, his espada number disapears, which means he is above the espada ranking (Makes sense since Aizen wasn't scared about sending Ulquiorra to the world of the living, being confident Ulquiorra would do well against anybody, even Isshin/Yoruichi/Urahara)
Aizen might also like him since he got aizen's he had hidden his true power, just like how aizen hid his true power when he was a liutenant and a captain
I seriously wish we had a version of this during TYBW as "Quincy Encyclopedia". It could feature Haschwalth leading the segments, sometimes Uryu. That way we can get as much worldbuilding for the sternritter and royal guard including the level of goofiness like these had. Lol
Wait, do any of the Menos server a purpose other than just serve under the Adjuchas? Why the hecc would someone like Tosen be managing them? To sell them off to other arrancars?
