Except a true hero, doesn't try and commit heinous acts and hurt so many people just to accomplish his selfish goals. Gin was an antihero at best. He cared nothing for the Gotei or SS, in fact, the sole reason he became a Shinigami in the first place was just to kill Aizen. Even he himself said he wasn't really a good guy in the end, and that he was nothing but a snake. I can't tell you how many people instantly believe he was really a good guy just because of the betrayal, yet refuse to look at the whole picture because they don't want to see him as anything else but a secret good guy.
He planned so far ahead that he already created the modified hollow that counters Yamamoto's Jokaku Enjo and brought it with the Gillians just in case. Aizen is the fucking best.
Late response, but paying attention now, that very well could be Wonderweiss inside that eyeball. We know he was later on, but was he already created and brought in this early in time is an interesting question. The only other reason Aizen could've wanted it there would be to ensure an easier getaway if the Menos were attacked and the Negacion destroyed. Or if he felt like wiping some of them out for fun. So many twisted ways of thinking for Aizen. A curious villain, to say the least.
I meant it could have Wonderweiss inside of it, like he was later on, in the Fake Karakura Town Battle. I know Aizen didn't have the Hogyouku yet, but we know he had experimented enough this far to make Vizards. And (if I remember correctly) we were never given am exact timeline as to when Aizen made that specific Arrancar. ginran is one of few love stories has almost everything: their childhood together was cute, then angsty, passionate and abit sexual tension, thin line between romance and friendship, super tragic end but beautifully done.
It took me a while to realize how sad Gin was as a character. Honestly, betraying all of Soul Society just so he could get revenge on Aisen for Rangiku is just very tragic... I'm glad other people pointed that out to me before because I didn't get it.
Can someone explain what did Aizen actually "take" from Rangiku? I mean the way Gin talks about it, i'm not joking, he makes it sound like rape or something....
+Raava aizen took rangiku's reiatsu (some of her soul and power) when she was still teenage but only gin found out about it. aizen needs alot of reiatsu (souls) to be mixed together into "hogyouku" (purple stone on his chest) so that he can be immortal. but aizen's subordinates at that time assault her (seen from her clothes in dirty condition and she's unconscious). i read that to any shinigami, reiatsu is very important to their existence.

I just finished watching Bleach and I hate Kubo for destroying this pair. I mean when I started watching, I had a feeling he was bad but also I was mostly feeling like he's on the good side and then everything shattered my heart, and after he died I literally just sat in my room for a good hour crying and asking why this had to happen lol. Gin literally sacrificed everything for Rangiku and devoted his life to avenging what Aizen did to her, it made me also think of Itachi and like ugh it always gets me. Just added another special character that'll remain in my heart. He's a true captain.
Except that he's actually way more complicated than that. Gin is definitely not a true hero. No offense, but I've gotten a bit fed up by the people that litterally worship Gin's character and his relationship with Rangiku. Don't get me wrong : I liked it. A lot. Gin is a good character. Interesting, cunning, funny, with good powers and good design. However, I think his own story with Rangiku was a bit overrated to say the least. We don't even know what Aizen did to her, like seriously. Actually, Gin would've been a better person staying with Rangiku. Ironically, she was way more afflicted by Gin's treason than whatever Aizen did to her. She would've been happier if Gin had told her the truth from the start. But here's my main point : Gin is not a true captain, a great hero, or anything like that. He's actually a real psycho. When you think about it, he did totally participate in the process of Aizen's plan which involved the death of many innocents and the threat to many other just for the sake of getting his revenge. At this point it's just being obsessively mad. And that's not it : he himself did many questionable things. Without a second thought, he tried to kill Jidanbo, Ichigo, Momo, Hiyori and he came to Rukia for the sole purpose of mentally torturing her, like a cat toying with his prey. So, he's definitely not a bad guy, nor a good guy, he's a psychotic obsessive anti-hero.
JeanPierreXV Review I think if he were a real person, he would be diagnosed with some sort of personality disorder. I think his cause was greatly selfish, but I seriously wondered what he would have done if his plan was successful. I think he would have killed himself or something. I don't imagine a world where he and Rangiku ended up together. If they did, I'm greatly sure that he would have died before any child if theirs was born.
+JeanPierreXV Review i am one of fans that love gin's character because he is such very complex and interesting, he is not good person and mr.nice guy like ukitake but he is not mr.satan either lol, he is somewhere in between ... he has flaws and his own good things combined together ... he's like mixture of selfless and selfish, smart and stupid at the same time lol yeah i agree he is not hero, he is not clearly villain either, gin is much more anti-hero, one of the best anti-hero. his love story with rangiku is not overrated to me, it's interesting with sweetness and tragic in many ways ... how he should have told her at first, how stupid and sad he did not realise he's the one hurts her more and made crying, how he actually could made her happy when he's by her side all those 100 years ... and she still loves him and cares eventhough she will never know why he allied with aizen and his attempts killing aizen was failure but at least he's glad he said sorry ... those are tragic and it moved fans' hearts you seem do not know what did aizen do to rangiku ... he took her reiatsu (part of her soul and power) when she's still young ... well i won't defend gin for his cruel actions to achieve his goal but his reason just made sense btw his attack toward ichigo was indirectly to train ichigo before against aizen if you want rewatch it.
+TheCaptionist i think if he's not get killed by aizen, he would return part of her reiatsu thats inside of the "hogyouku" stone to her and prepared to get captured in jail ... i personally can picture them together but it has to be rangiku make him realise that his presence by her side is the reason of her to feel happier.

+Kawaii Atlas Kenpachi could've foiled Aizen's plan had he cut Tousen down if it weren't for silly Komamura jumping in lol. Tousen would not have been there to teleport Renji/Rukia back to the hill. Aizen and Gin would've done actions alone...ohhh the scenario outcomes lol.

random0activity that ukitake was the vessel for the Soul Society Diety mimihage
as well as the nature of the soul king
That hair change still remains one of my favorite legendary moments in anime!
Always bro 💯👌🔥😮💨
Gin's face when he says sorry is just heart wrenching
Damnn it Ginn
This Menos ability is cool, literaly another "dimension".
Menos Grande a contraditary name, just who speak Spanish and Portuguese know LMAO. It's like "Big Short".
Fun fact - You didn't search this video
Back then when bleach was super awesome
Makes you think as if Ukitake acted as the regent for the Soul King to have this conversation with Aizen, just as he will do later.
You are watching this in 2023 still, that was also part of my plan-aizen
02:31 "This is Negacion... which is something that you would know already, being a lieutenant."
The way the mock them is next level😂
Am I the only one fangirling over Gin and Rangiku...and hating Kubo for destroying this pair
Cookielover001 He killed it with a loaded shotgun. Their relationship continues to be interesting. Their love runs deep and transcends death. In the end they really cared for each other all these years.
ginran is one of few love stories has almost everything: their childhood together was cute, then angsty, passionate and abit sexual tension, thin line between romance and friendship, super tragic end but beautifully done.
+Raava
aizen took rangiku's reiatsu (some of her soul and power) when she was still teenage but only gin found out about it. aizen needs alot of reiatsu (souls) to be mixed together into "hogyouku" (purple stone on his chest) so that he can be immortal. but aizen's subordinates at that time assault her (seen from her clothes in dirty condition and she's unconscious). i read that to any shinigami, reiatsu is very important to their existence.
3:49 conversation between Ukitake and Aizen 100% true.
You will get little spoiler about fallen god (Mimihagi). Captain cant reincarnation but they will send them to hell.
The music and how he was looking down on them …goose bumps
amazing low-key romance between ichimaru and matsumoto
sexual tension and angsty
Thinking about Aizen’s true motive and the villainous intent of Ichibei to mutilate Ichigo as the Soul King’s replacement (and Kyoraku Sunshui knew about this too, Tousen really was walking to the path of justice.
Shunsui knew but he in no way condoned it. Ichibei has been the defacto boss of SS the whole time anyway… Nothing Shunsui coulda done to change Ichibei’s mind if they lost to Yhwach…
If the Justice for one is not justice for everyone then it wasn't justice at all
Other characters seek for the glow up, aizen has the glow up bowing down to him
He's built differently
took off his glasses cause he seen enough
Looks like they were a part of his KS too… lol…
this kills me cuz I wear glasses 💀
This was the moment I always wanted to go back to
There is always something special about a villain who survives many arcs. Yes Juha Bach kicks ass too but he was introduced very late in the final arc
Aizen Sama🔥
"Ywach" Not Juha Bach lol
eh?? but his residual existence been around from even first arc
@@A_Black_Sheep94 in several language is juha bach
@@A_Black_Sheep94 juha bach is apparently the cannon pronunciation of Ywach. It doesn’t make any sense but then again, neither does the spelling of his name. XD
hands down the second smartest villain I've ever seen right after lex luthor
Wowww. So we're not gonna give Doctor Doom any mad props then
This reveal is God-tier @4:05 cuz everyone both anime and all of us can’t move from how awe struck and speechless we are. Aizen naturally controlled everyone’s senses without his ability and broke the 4th wall 😮💨💯❤️🔥
I bet every squad must had felt like the biggest idiots in the world for trusting Aizen so willingly.
Yoruichi and Soi Fon: Don't move a muscle or we'll lop your head off
Aizen: blinks then speaks, 2 movements that involve moving muscles.
Doesn't get his head chopped off.
Great work Yoruichi and Soi Fon, you really held true to your threat!
"From this moment on... I will stand in Heaven"
fuc#king damn CHILLLS! Best quote ever from the best villain ever. 3:48
Bro everytime I watch this I get goosebumps 😭😭🔥
@@rahulkulk745 👏that's it my fellow👏
Also spoiler for another god tier line of Aizen:
When the quincies king was about to devour every remain hope.
Aizen told Ywach
*"Welcome,.... ....to my Soul Socety."*
EPICNESS.
@@justamanofculture1168 I think it's actually
*Welcome to my soul society*
Yep Aizen was so badass in tybw🔥
@@rahulkulk745 fixed.
I love how confident everyone was before quickly learning they weren't about that action lol.
Knowing all we know now, Gin probably really meant that "Sorry". Sad.
His ascension to being the best villain ever
JeanPierreXV Review very WELL SAID but il say he's a complicated anti hero,
JeanPierreXV Review I think if he were a real person, he would be diagnosed with some sort of personality disorder. I think his cause was greatly selfish, but I seriously wondered what he would have done if his plan was successful. I think he would have killed himself or something. I don't imagine a world where he and Rangiku ended up together. If they did, I'm greatly sure that he would have died before any child if theirs was born.
+JeanPierreXV Review
i am one of fans that love gin's character because he is such very complex and interesting, he is not good person and mr.nice guy like ukitake but he is not mr.satan either lol, he is somewhere in between ... he has flaws and his own good things combined together ... he's like mixture of selfless and selfish, smart and stupid at the same time lol
yeah i agree he is not hero, he is not clearly villain either, gin is much more anti-hero, one of the best anti-hero.
his love story with rangiku is not overrated to me, it's interesting with sweetness and tragic in many ways ... how he should have told her at first, how stupid and sad he did not realise he's the one hurts her more and made crying, how he actually could made her happy when he's by her side all those 100 years ... and she still loves him and cares eventhough she will never know why he allied with aizen and his attempts killing aizen was failure but at least he's glad he said sorry ... those are tragic and it moved fans' hearts
you seem do not know what did aizen do to rangiku ... he took her reiatsu (part of her soul and power) when she's still young ... well i won't defend gin for his cruel actions to achieve his goal but his reason just made sense
btw his attack toward ichigo was indirectly to train ichigo before against aizen if you want rewatch it.
+TheCaptionist
i think if he's not get killed by aizen, he would return part of her reiatsu thats inside of the "hogyouku" stone to her and prepared to get captured in jail ... i personally can picture them together but it has to be rangiku make him realise that his presence by her side is the reason of her to feel happier.
You know you're screwed when your opponent says, "I see."
I love how aizen changes his hair with no hair gel, he must’ve used his spiritual pressure! 😂😂😂
😆 🤣 😂 facts I must learn that power
He just broke the illusion lol...
One of the best villain introductions ever written.
Straight facts! 😮💨💯💯🔥👌
Man! That OST Storm Center goes so hard!
do u know the what ost is playing at 3:39
Very soon, I will LITERALLY be standing above and beyond Heaven itself! Quiver in fear peasants, because the true transcendent being is on the horizon waiting to reveal itself.
Aizen-samaaa i love it when you stop Ichigo's theme with 1 finger :) (for the record Aizen can be still consider one of the top 3 most powerfull entities in Bleach Universe)
Morf Morfeas Thanks for the love :)
Any Time Lord Aizen.. i belive you got misunderstood by the majority of people, you are not evil, you just try find someone on equal ground with you :)
Morf Morfeas Exactly!
Yhwach is in top now
0:39 That foreshadowing
Notice how Aizen does not address Ichigo differently or conspicuously to keep him safe.
*behind the scenes why they left*
Tousen: Aizen, Gin, we have to leave...
Aizen: Why, everything is going according to plan.
Tousen: Kenpachi knows!
Aizen: Fuck!!!! Call the Menos to help us out!
*****
Yeah he is Immortal
+Kawaii Atlas
Aizen immortal yeah but old man yamma coulve rekt aizen's ass back then if he really tried :( ........ maybe.
+Kawaii Atlas he was not Immortal during this time he had not fused with it yet.
+SparzWizard Doesn't change many things, at this point Aizen could had easily beat Zaraki.
One of the most badass anime villains in anime history
Aizen is the best part about bleach.
Still waiting for the moment Aizen appears and says " all went according to my plan"
3:54 bruh hes talking about the dead soul king, i didnt even realise it
I remember watching this on my CRT on adultswim 😂😂
I loved Gin from the very beginning for his personality and creepy vibe and Aizen just a perfect ass villian and was hella respectful when ever he talked
me too already liked him even when he was still considered the villain because he is creepy, cool, calm, funny, badass then he become my personal favorite character in bleach after "the twist" with aizen, his true feeling about rangiku, his dying last words toward ichigo
about aizen, i think he is just typical villain who's hunger for power and not unique but i admit he is one of the best villains in manga and anime history.
Novita Sijabat yep you got to love the ones who act evil but are good
+The Energetic Turtle
his voice actor also one of reasons i love Gin, great voice acting
Aizen should've asked himself, "Why lust for power when it'll do you no good?"
"I will stand in heaven"
*Proceeds to go to hell*
