1969 Mustang Restoration Part 7 body work, door hinge, carburetor and some parts detailing. The 1969 project is gonna be looking great with these incredible parts looking better than factory fresh!
It's the little hidden touches that make a car stand out..Good stuff Rich.

Thanks Zig, can't help myself sometimes......
Lots of good work done. That spray paint looks spot on.
+Buckswoodshop Yes I have my hands full for sure. Thanks for stopping by Matthew. Hope you are good
Locking good Rich nice work
+David Nazario Thanks David, Appreciate the comment.
Looking good Rich, Lots of nice touches. Carb and under hoods parts will will really show off the car. Nice work and take care
+Rusty “rustyglovebox” Glovebox Thanks Lloyd, ya I am getting sucked in on this one a bit. It is hard not to get it looking right in all facets once you get started...
The car is looking really good & great tip on the Duplicolor paint!
+Rarerat Thanks Nick, yes that is one heck of a match, I just ordered a case.
Yeah hinges are one of those things you always replace. Wow they did a great job on that carburetor.
+jevchance Thanks John, I am happy with the results for sure. Those carb guys do magic work for not a whole lot of $
Looks like a great path the ol horse is on Rich! Gitty Up!
+cutworm59 Thanks Steve, getting there.
More power to your elbow Rich, I envy you.
+Hazel Brooks Thank you Hazel and thanks for subscribing!
good work Rich!
+Raptor_428 Thanks! Another one will shine again.
Great news on the subs! What are your final plans for the car? Show? Flip? Auction? You're making some killer progress on her!
+Rudderify Hey Joe, I will be moving this one along when I am done, not sure what method just yet. Thanks buddy. Hope you are good. We should talk about SEMA pretty soon.....
Hi bro. Months ago, we spoke from here about our recommendations for your build. And i recommended to you to make this car in 4Wheel Drive. And you answered me about my opinion and said "yes, why not!".
This car is yours, of course you could do whatever you want. But, i really wonder that will you really do it AWD?
It would be great...
+Uğur Faruk Tüzün (UFT) I have no plans to do a 4wd set up on this one. Staying stock, no time or money to do something over the top. Have you seen this one? ruclips.net/video/4NYf2DyhSWQ/видео.html
It is amazing how clean and "new" that carb looks. The closest approximation I can make is using vinegar after a bath for a few days in carb cleaner. Sometimes I then spray a little WD40 on to keep down the oxidation. Good progress Rich and thanks for sharing.
+The Shade Tree Fix-it Man George, Thanks and great tip on the vinegar and WD. For the cost and amount of time these guys take it is more than worth it for me to send it to them. They bench test and run every carb on their in house engine sitting on a run stand.
Just got in from work and this is just what I need . Hope your well buddy
+Shane Bowles Thanks Shane, appreciate that glad you enjoyed it. I'm doing good, hope you are as well.
That Dupli-color looks dead on, Congrats on the subs.
+Double R Restorations Thanks, yes I just ordered a case of it, I plan on doing this on all of the cars. Thanks for stopping by....
congrats on the 10,000 subs. When you first posted this car I didn't think you were going to go this far with it. It's looking great.
+Cobrafanatik22 Thanks Billy, Yes I didn't plan on going this far but it will be no where near as involved as the GT....famous last words.....haha
I always enjoy your videos.
+Mustang Jones Thanks Lewis, Hope all is good with you, thanks for stopping by always appreciated.
The Mustang is Coming Along Great - Nice to see a Update - T=up Rich
+FixinThatUp Thanks so much, a recent bit of issues when the body shop closed but no harm, no foul.
I like how you picked up this coupe. I feel like the 69 coupes don't get as much love as their fastback and convertible brothers.
Are you keeping the factory color?
+Will “Ford” Butter I am not sure yet, I don't like the standard black interior in 69/70 and this one is gold. I would like to keep it gold and paint the car a complementary color. I am thinking Black Jade.
+MustangConnection1 I hate to see it get painted a different color. I'd repaint the original color if I can find it
+Will “Ford” Butter It may still happen, dunno just yet.
Spending some time on this one huh? Congrats on 10k Rich!
+Freddie Mac Yes more than I would like too, thanks for stopping by Freddie.
Mustang Connection 1, I have a late 68 coded W code 4.30 rear axle that has bever been in a car. If interested, do you have some sort contact?
